If really you are here to build good reputation so that someone will not take away your good reputation from your account with you have built over the time, then either stay away from taking any loan that may require your account as collateral or never default the loan you are offered. I learned quite early on in life that friendships die or go sideways when you lend friends money. When it comes to people that are more work based it was also a bad play due to the potential of that person blowing up and dragging you down with them as they look to wash out their debts.

When it comes to bitcoin,I would stick to the line that we are in to early a stage to have a broad enough section of the populatoin. I’m not a lender myself but the idea behind lending is to obtain a profit no matter the outcome, if you lend money and you get your money back, you get it with interest added to it, if the user defaults on the loan then you get to keep the collateral, which covers the debt and a little more, so I don’t think lenders care too much in what you are going to invest the loan as long as they obtain profit out of it.

If  its  not neccesary to  get some  loan then why we  just   decide  to get  one. You are  just   trying  to make  another  problems  on the  future. Risking  you own account would   not still guarantee you  to make good   amount of loan  because it would  really depend  on the  value  of  your  account.  LOans  are  not ideal  thing to do  unless if you are really in need  of money as  long you could able to  produce money in some  ways then do that and  taking  up some  loan would be the last resort  for you.

Those people that doesn't return what they borrowed are just giving themselves a bad name. Defaulting a loan is basically scamming someone. You made him trust you enough to the point that he let you borrow money and then you're just running away from it. Because of that, people started having collateral for loans.
