I am wondering, how is RaiBlocks upgrading its network, or consensus, or you know... Is it possible someone is going to fork it? Or are probabilities of fork higher or lower than the classic blockchains ? Thx

There are already some proposed forks ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2581762), or rather new networks based on it. But the main issue with RaiBlocks is that the consensus mechanism is flawed. There has been some discussion of these issues here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1219264 so I don't think things will move forward much until those problems are addressed, and not sure RaiBlocks will be as fast and have all its proposed advantages once fixed. |

Price has recovered. I was a normal correction because it rose to fast, people took profits.
To all the FUDers that are posting stupid reasons on why this in not a good project: anyone with 2 neurons in their brain can see through your bullshit.

I myself I'm relative new to this forum but I can say that the bullshit and stupidity from here makes me sick.
Dropping from 0.001 to 0.0001 is not a normal correction. It blew out all previous levels of support. Dev could post a solution to consensus problem, but there is none. At least post some plan for workaround, even it it means less performance. I'm not aware of the "consensus problem". If you are referring to this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1219264.60, the dev has answered all the concerns, read till the end of the thread. They've also opened a bounty program which will be incentive for a lot of good programmers to go on bug hunt to get the bounty. ALL coins are vulnerable to attacks under certain circumstances, it should be common sense, everybody should know that. XRB its not different in that respect. That is true, BTC and others do have vulnerabilities but they do not threaten or invalidate the whole system. They are weaknesses that are addressed either by waiting for more confirmations or making sure to run a full node. XRB has a more fundamental problem, of a completely different and more concerning nature, that invalidates the XRB system as unsafe and risky in a much more serious way. There is an open door here for very serious consequences and the dev should call it out. And if he can't admit it, someone else should. We must have a balanced view of these things and given all the irrational exuberance and blind speculation for XRB, someone should draw attention to it. If you truly have concerns over this matter please ask your questions on the discord channel, the devs will reply. Here you are just spreading FUD. I don't think that the devs are this stupid to overlook something like this. I have done so a while ago, but shall do again. Thanks. If you doubt, read the thread. As smart as anyone can be, security is always very hard. When very smart long trusted experts weigh in with serious reservations, this is not something to be ignored. Good luck guys Agree with the helpful security awareness. Glad to see my XRB rises and rises, but we should beware of similar incident which happened today can happen in the future. |

No, it cannot be mined anymore the airdrop just finished and all have been distributed. You can only accumulate xrb by buying in an exchange and sell something in exchange of xrb. |

XRB may be presenting problems or people may be finding, but for those who bought in the price of $0.09 or 1400 sat, you have nothing to complain about, I even sold my XRB when it came to $8, it came to $16, but I'm satisfied, now it's wait for the approach and understanding of the situation as a whole.

since may 2017 i haven't touched my desktop wallet and now, when i check my xrb address on the xrb site I have 14000 xrb and 1567 unpocketed xrb. My problem is i haven't back up the seed and i forgot my desktop wallet password, and now i can't withdraw my balance and can't backup the seed coz it is status is locked any ways to recover my password?

Haha. This is Crypto. Anything can happen. Even the so called "cryptocurrency experts" are unable to predict the Crypto market. Profit is profit regardless of whether or not it increases immediately you sold your holdings. I've never been a Railblocks holder tho |

#GAMEOVER, XRB is collapsing. Never trust a low volume pump in a low volume exchange. Learn lesson for next time. If no serious exchange has been added it for years (but Cryptopia has delisted it) for sure there is a reason. |

Is this coin used in real life for micropayments? Nope. Look at their blockchain: latest 24h less than 2k transactions.
Is this coin pumped with low volume like it happened to most coin lately and will it dump hard to latecomers? Sure.
Is this coin paired just in bad exchanges (worst ones, new ones too)? Yes.
Does this coin really can do 7000tx/s as advertised? Just at certain conditions: so no.
Will this coin ever be considered by serious exhanges like Bittrex? Nope. They don't want to go down because of just one coin unsafe consensus system (too much client side works, easily floodable if not putting many barriers). See also Cryptopia delisting because it was crashing all the exchange.
Is this a classic pump and dump so hard you will remember all life long? Yes. Sell now and you'll have your lambo. Hold for nothing.
Is fracas a tipicall hater ? yes Is fracas based in a really good analises? no what is hater? "A person that simply cannot be happy for another person's success. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person." why he is a XRB hater? because I could see that he has comments blaming this coin log time ago. So, he did´not brought the coin in the begin and he lose an extraordinary opportunity once now is 11,70 USD! He was betting with ColossusCoin, VSX and minicoin. hahahahaha LOL!
