I like the positioning on market cap . I guess if it starts lower ,psychologically it is essayer for a market to move up then if it starts quite high.

https://blog.wavesplatform.com/faq-7664c1d1b1bf#.5gdr6u60lQ: What is the difference between Waves and Ethereum? A: We are just the opposite to ETH probably. What they do is develop Bitcoin scripting, do everything using contracts, it’s very fundamental but makes certain things very complicated. We took another road, where things are simpler, very easy to add all functionality you need using plug-ins, don’t have to code complicated contracts. Also our focus is on mass adoption, we’re specifically target two markets : fiat transfers on blockchain and crowdfunding on blockchain. They are very ripe for disruption, and we’ll be offering a product for a very general audience, basically the main end-user client is just a plugin you can install from Chrome or FF store

All of you blaming the low price on trex LMAO While bittrex dumps waves, yobit is buying... I wonder why officially restrict the trades to a single exchange: maybe it makes it easier to dump premines,,, who knows Anyone ever consider the fact that Bittrex was chosen solely because the devs knew people would dump their free bounties? Why not get that out of the way on a smaller exchange first? Once on Polo, then the fun can begin ... dumpers have dumped, time for real trading.

I feel that even though Bittrex btc volume seems high, its small compared to ICO size. Much of waves are still seating on the sidelines and may start another round of dumping if weak demand continues. I expect no better even at poloniex.
However long term prospect still seems rosy for waves. Well I guess that depends on dev team.
Of course..we have to give the waves team the time to make their vision to come true..and after that we will see the profit..etherium as well took the time to shine

It's possible... anyway, I am sad that I cannot afford to buy any more waves, because I am sure it will be great in the near future.

waves floor should be 60k anything else is embarrassing.
not to mention 700btc buy support, from a 30,000 bitcoin ICO. Really shocking. like. how about ICO gives 3.5% of the ICO as support = 1,000 bitcoin.
But not to be.

Agreed on that, besides Sasha said they will announce some exciting partners, so why people just don't wait?

What is this? I had my address set already on the Waves ICO page and I open the HTML client today, 0 WAVEs. Then I go to the ICO page again and it doesn't have my address saved. Come on.

Make sure that you have a copy of your seed. Make sure that you have checked your seed, and it generate the same wave address, then save your waves address again and confirm via email. See user's manual for to check your seed - http://coremedia.info/WavesWallet-HowDoesThisWork.pdf

Launch on bittrex was a big mistake and of course dumpers who sold waves below ICO price didn't helped situation at all. Anyway I am still optimistic about this coin because right now I think many lambo lovers and other ,,investors,, allready dumped their coins also I think that in nearest future we will see waves in polo. Only thing that can drag this coin down is rising btc price, anyway I am still not selling my coins and hoping for the best no, it wasn't. Again, launching on as many exchanges you want (Poloniex included) would guarantee the same. A sea of dumpsters, who want to cash out immediately. Sadly, you even not use your primary account to express your opinion.

Does Bittrex require verification or is it not mandatory? From the help articles it seems like it's in pilot right now.
It is still in pilot. They are not yet enforcing it. Once they do, they will be less strict than Poloniex: no limit on withdrawals and $2k equivalent of trading daily.

Dev did mention in an interview a buy wall will be set up at ico price to give investors some security. Maybe that news will come soon.
