You must check the token's asset ID.
The asset ID appear on the DEX search bars, you also can have it by checking the asset's details.

I'm using the waves lite wallet and I didn't see any choice in the fee field.

Its the token with green tick on the side of the name (I'm assuming that this token is recognise by waves platform)

This feature isn't available yet, atm you can only pay the TX fee in Waves.

it isn't available in the liteclient yet, but you can do it by RPC call's directly. it's easy :-)

Absolutely. When WAVES network is up they'll be transferred there.

As far as I know Froklog being swapped. So that could means there is no technical problem. It seems about priority.
I believe these asseets will bring more liquidity and transaction.
