I think those tokens are rewards for the miners.

But you can buy them at Waves DEX.

Waves uses LPOS where user leases their vote weight to someone who run a nodes, and nodes generate waves

In this case

1)The waves generated is only fees circulated within the 100M right?

2)We don't generate extra Waves which add on top of the 100M waves, right?

3)Finally, how does the first batch of waves come out before people leasing it? ICO?
