I will vote for lite-wallet. It will serve as a catalyst for project growth. There are those that occasionally show up here wanting to acquire stake in the project and if there was a way it would grow the project. I have about 433,000 xel and I would be willing to use some of it to help development.

Listing on exchanges will generate exposure and allow new people to acquire a stake in the project making contributions through coding or otherwise more likely since they will have skin in the game.
Its certainly been beneficial for many other projects which had their tokens listed on exchanges long before a fully working product was launched.

I can't believe that we can't find a motivated C dev with networking experience to work on this project. How is that possible with so much talent in these forums? Did anyone put any formal ad for this somewhere?
There are motivated, experienced C developers around. The issue is how do you convince them to give some of their valuable time to Elastic? Allow them to have a stake in XEL and they will have a big incentive. For that we need to be tradable, thus we need the lite wallet soon. |

It's not listed. Still in development... Hopefully majority will vote after a lite-wallet to enable liquidity, and we could be tradable soon. |
