wow -- this is a great project!
That's an awesome project And look whos in first place =-D I am lucky today, lucky shares from my ant, plus solved two blocks of litecoin, although I was pooled, I solved them at over 200% diff in the same day with my KNC titan. Should have soloed Thanks guys Yes, the solar driven Ant seems to be not the worst of all . Just out of curiosity...do any of you use this as a router? Cause this feels like a bunch of people sitting around watching slugs race.
I would use it as router too, but I have a good and stable WIFI/Router infrastructure , so there is finally no need for it.... And watching the slugs race is lots of fun enough I think . andY

The solar driven antrouter reminds me of solar sails idea where sunlight can gently propel a spacecraft through space. Who knows though, i wont get too cocky until the end of the round Come on my little slug!

Hmm maybe my ant is a little tired of mining? First days of the competition always staying in the first ranks and now even with increased speed?

Hmm maybe my ant is a little tired of mining? First days of the competition always staying in the first ranks and now even with increased speed? Yes, sometimes it seems to be very strange... My fastest racer is the last at the moment, and the slowest solar-ant ist the first of all my ants

My new little (world) record today . Got my R1 running now with:
487.5MHz@0.913Volt and a Hashrate ~ 26,6GH/sI decided me finally now, to remove the Sharkoon-Solution and move to a new (open) cooling design: R1 is equipped now with:- Main Cooler: SCYTHE Copper-Pipe/Alu Cooling Block - Backside: modified original R1 side wall with a Server-CPU Alu Cooler - 140mm Aerocool Fan - powersupply: PC 5Volt / 36A - Vcore increased to 0.913Volt But here some first impressions:Hashrate: ~ 26.91 GH/s Tomorrow I´ll try to set a new record to break the 500MHz barrier ! Maybe Cheers, andY

That's impressive, almost as fast as a compac stick now. How long are you able to run at that speed, and how stable is it? Error rate? Keep pushing!

That's impressive, almost as fast as a compac stick now. How long are you able to run at that speed, and how stable is it? Error rate? Keep pushing! @Compac:Yes, indeed The first carefully try ran about 30 minutes. The problem that very often appears is, that the cgminer after a while goes slower and slower with the hashrate against Zero w/o any reason (also with lower speed, no HW errors and normal temperature!) and also w/o a errors... I´ve only have to restart the cgminer(-script) in LuCi and than start the cgminer via ssh again.. After than it works fine again Any idea, what it could be ? Yeh, whats the error rate after a day?
I'm still not satisfied with the HW error rate, I think it´s 1 of 10 or 1 of 15.. But it was very late in the night, so I didn´t tried to fine tune the vcore and cooling yesterday But try to improve that asap.. andY
