Actually, it's easy to spend your money online but there's a big problem for some, merchants only exist in big countries while those who are in poor countries should have to pay for the expenses just to get delivered the item they purchase online.

Sad to say in my country I can only buy loads in pure bitcoins ! I cant do online shop , buy some foods on a fastfood chain or even book a flight with my bitcoins I hear that on other country they support this kind of transaction , Hoping it will be implemented also here in our country because I dont want to use fiat again I am already Happy with bitcoins!

You maybe living in a small country, if so, you cannot expect it will be the same development with big countries. You have to be patient as bitcoin is very progressive now and time will come you will be able to enjoy what supporters living in big countries are enjoying. Yes in most of the countries, people have to convert their money in fiat currencies in order to spend it as there are very few or almost no merchants are accepting bitcoin as a payment method. I see a very optimistic picture in next 5 years as services like bitpay are helping merchants to accept bitcoin by proving necessary technological support and more and more merchants are showing interest in such service.
