Chris Well that was an easy task. I just hope I did it right. How we will get the coins? Coins won't be released until after phase 2. E-mails associated with participants will be notified of instructions on how to receive Cadastrals after campaign ends. Also, we can see when people try to spam the system, so while people can add a bunch of e-mail addresses and use multiple twitter accounts, we can see it, and it won't count for multiple entries for spammers. Bitland has officially partnered with the Omni Foundation to handle the Post-Phase 2 Cadastral sale. Any tokens not sold during phase 2 will be sold by Omni foundation with price increasing by 1000 Satoshi every 24 hours. This way, anyone who gets in during Phase 1 will be guaranteed to see a benefit beyond Phase 2, and anyone who gets in during Phase 2 will see a guaranteed benefit beyond Phase 2.

If it were easy, the problem wouldn't exist  We have no delusions about the complexity of the issue. There have been over two years of groundwork laid already, and there are 28 communities in Ghana looking to participate in the pilot. Many people have talked about blockchain solutions bringing about a global revolution, but you can't have a revolution of any sorts without people. This project is about putting the tech in the hands of the people that can use it the most. Cheers! Chris |
