You are 100% correct!  The usage of blockchain tech as asset registration and tracking is where the REAL value potential applies.  Transaction fees are obviously a revenue source, but paradoxically, you cannot keep the fees extremely low to make them competitive, and make that a TRULY profitable model.  Especially in the context of PoW systems that have heavy overhead with electricity. 

What you're alluding to is why we are about a solution that includes having a self-sustaining infrastructure that can itself be monetized, as the solar powered wi-fi centers will also be able to sell back power and sell internet access to locals as part of the revenue streams.

Making real world solutions go far beyond just the "blockchain" and having a realistic view of how to implement a new system or process is crucial when talking about blockchain tech.  Making "smart assets" by attaching real objects to the blockchain will make transparency the standard in every industry's asset management.

Integration of Cadastrals onto Omni platform is nearly complete!  At the end of Phase 2, all tokens left in Escrow not sold will be transferred to Omni.  The tokens will be sold at a weekly incremental increase of 2%.
