3yrs=25%
1.5yrs=5%
4.5 (3+1.5)yrs=1%

I have a question about staking. Do you stake and mine in the same box? Does staking take CPU cycles.? This is my first pos coin.

Staking takes minimal cpu time, so you can mine and stake on the same machine without issues.

I want to send my coins to NOvaexchange, but i cant cos of this.  What should i do ? I got 500,000 EXP in my ESP1 wallet.  It used to work very well, but now when i open it,  after the syncing finishes it keeps saying unconfirmed 500,000 ESP.

What could be the problem?

We'll monitor the situation for a little bit first.

Already taking care of one thing. Will have to update the windows client link on the ANN and announce when the new client is released (code fix not adding anything new yet).

Nova will have their client recompiled within 30 minutes of change and it won't occur for another day or so.
Nodes will follow suite.

As for the ESP2 having huge issues idk about huge. Just an issue that needs attention and it's getting it

Essentially all that is going on is that the block times are to fast, and the PoS simply cannot re-target fast enough. causing the payouts to not function as planned, with to fast of a block time. however this is a easy fix as we are planning to drop us down to 5% a year and with the faster block times it'll be 25%.

We are very sorry for the issue as this was not foreseen, but will be taken care of.

Aside from this minor hiccup, how is everyone enjoying the update? i personally am very excited about it.

What will the new pos reward scheme be?

We are just taking it down to 50 * cent as the current PoS rate is showing that the 250 * cent is causing the chain to produce ~125% PoS (Lol) as it's quit fast.
So by dropping the PoS down to 50 * cent we can go back to being at our goal of ~25% PoS.

So in a sense this is a really minor fix that puts us back onto the 25%->5%->1% path
This change will occur on block 20,000. All OP and ANN links will be updated within 30 minutes.
Github is following suite. Nova is already aware and awaiting github update

30.000 or 32.000 block is better for fork!

30,000 is ~3/4 days. 20,000 is ~1/2 days. We really should have the change come sooner rather than later.
Nova is really the only exchange currently running the client as the others are waiting for after swap ends.

So if everything simply upgrades their clients everything will be fine. you don't have to do anything special. No resync, nothing just run the new one.

cos i did this, and the problem persist. It does confirm my coins, but it was working fine 5 days ago.
