Maybe, you have to remove all data in: "C:\Users\"user"\AppData\Roaming\ESP" except the Espers.conf and wallet.dat file and resync from the beginning with the Espers.conf showed above and here:

I don't want to exaggerate and say that everyone knows. ESP BTC is relatively stable now because the fall is lower than ever. The price is below 1 sat. Here we look at the same projects as STRATIS which have unique technology, excellent team, great community. And the price is not growing.
And due to what this project will grow? as some dreamy people are waiting for the price of 1000 sat in 2018. Now the new money come in the crypt is a large quantity but they go to those projects that are stable and interesting.
