Yes, we will be running enough nodes which will all vote for each other. Then as other delegates join in they can out vote them.

Dear OP, Please learn a lesson from waves epic fail and secure an exchange giving them everything they need for a smooth open.  

Bill from BITTREX is helping with this coin. Hopefully they will do a pre-launch before the coin is released and pump it up 10x like yobit did with LISK so we can grab some quick profits.

Exchange communication is my only concern right now. I hope they come back in the next few days and tell us they locked down some agreements even if the exchange name is confidential. Lisk showed us one way to do it, Waves showed us another.  If lessons are learned from both launches, Rise might be the smoothest.

Can you please explain the process of getting the coins once the ICO ends? Will it be a semi manual process like Waves or an online wallet that's ready to go like Lisk?  Will it be ready the minute the ICO is done or is there some cool down period?

WAVES really blow it... this will have a impact on the RISE deposits... now it is 20th of June, so maybe we are still ok, but for me it can be easily move to 1th of July or so, and then it will have a impact, as i was planning to add some more coins here.

Its probably the idea now. those waves dumpers will also be investing RISE is just minutes after dumping. by yea they see it coming.

Daily Dev Update

2FA Upgrades from Nathan are good to proceed into testing tomorrow morning, and I'll likely be deploying them mid-morning, EST. There are some significant upgrades to 2FA, including a new registration flow that will verify the correct configuration of the token, which, if failed, will remove the token registration from the account.

Also included will be a password reset functionality. We will be using your email address as a recovery method, and clicking the reset link from the email will result in your ability to reset the password, once, from that link. If you reset the password, it will also wipe out your 2FA token, and you will have to reconfigure it.

We are hoping to have some news on exchanges early next week. Our core code being based on Lisk should make it relatively straightforward to implement our coin on an exchange, so we are hoping for a smooth transition to the exchanges.

The withdrawal process will also be from your Profile on https://rise.vision - It will be a simple button click that will generate an account for you, then initiate a transfer to that account based on the amount shown. This will appear on the profile in the hours shortly after the ICO closes. The pass phrase for the account will be presented to you. This process will be tested with Testnet prior to launch to ensure smooth sailing of withdrawals.

I'm glad I invested a good chunk early with the bonuses, but I'm even considering adding another 5-10 BTC depending how Waves performs.  I just saw a post from dev about exchanges which is encouraging. I hope they decide to give a short cool down period from the time the ICO ends and it hits the exchanges. A few days of p2p trading is good, builds anticipation, gets people to commit to investing rather than waiting for exchanges.

I assume massive stress testing will continue? As this project continues to gain traction, idiots will of course try to hammer it.  I know precautions were mentioned earlier in the thread, I was just curious if additional stress testing continues?

Thanks for the update. But don't just "hope" that exchanges will give you some news. If they do not give you update, follow it up. Or move to the next exchange. Don't give the same excuse as LISK & WAVES gave, keeps getting delayed without giving proper explanation as to why. Its not because investors will be dumping their coins for easy 2x-3x return come release to exchange or spread FUD - if you make promises, make if happen.

By the way, which "major" exchanges will RISE be released to?

Users: 4574 to 4726 = 152 Newly registered signups on rise.vision

Total Btc invested: 808.78 to 820.36 = 11.58 extra Bitcoin raised for RISE development.

Individual Investments: 4388 to 4553 = 165 more investments made.

I tried to join the ICO, but the 2FA token isn't valid. I tried to add it to my smartphone, but it does not recognize it as a qr-code. Now I can't login to my account.
