I said "They are Currently at 26 - 30 positions" doesn't mean they will be at the same positions all the time
Positions are changing everytime. You could have easily find them if you had matched the username from the screenshot to else positions instead of looking at the places i told
Currently they are at 32 - 36 positions. Try to match usernames if not found at those points

I asked customer service for help and they said the sportsbook manager said I lay the point on houston -0.5 and that not true. You all could see in "bet details" I wager team 2 (houston texans) @ +0.5 at the odds of 1.85 and sportsbet.io concluded that I lay the point on houston -0.5

If the handicap value is -0.5 it means the home team has -0.5 point/goal handicap and the away team a 0.5 point/goal handicap, (0.5 is the same as +0.5)

If you look at the match between Trail Blazers and OKC the 1st quarter ended 32-31 on your screenshot shows you have -2.5 on OKC for it to win the 1st quarter should end up with a score 32-35.

he could have won a parlay i guess
ex : betted 19.99mbtc at 400 odds might have made it possible
many other ways are also possible!
