If you have a business contract/sponsorship with Watford, it would be logical to take a Uk company with a Uk license. ny complaints that they have scammed a lot of people. The big bookmakers who have sponsorships with Bookmakers, are all licensed in the UK. So why Curacao for a company who claims to be so "big"?

It is even not available on the promotion page when I visited in the site few seconds ago. It must be removed or being canceled for a reason or maybe there were many winners already since the promo started so it reached the max cap for the prize. Just guessing, but it is a bit strange since the promo is scheduled for 12days while it is unavailable after few days.

Hi, my account yesterday were disabled. i were in game and just throw me out.  When i try to login to my account its written : Your account is disabled - please contact support. ( i use username instead of email for login) so i forgot which email i were using as register with sportsbet.io - but chat to support about your problem u can just from ur registered email. ( support helped me here , i answered some security questions , and support reminded me my email. After i successfully logged in my mail and wrote my problems once again (from right email) , but support is quite all ready more than 24h i wrote many mails , cuz i have money on my account. Than i tried to email support from another email - and support answered in 10 minutes. How can it be?  The thing is, i dont know why my account is disabled, i dont have any information. I have account around 3 years, never had any problems.  Please help me solve this out.
P.s - maybe my acc  get disabled, cuz i switched some times from laptop to phone and from phone to laptop? other reason i just dont see.

Some little rant, quick and dirty...  

As much as I like sportsbet.io in general - that cashout feature sucks big time and that's been the case for months now... I mean, deactivate it if you can't figure out how to offer it appropiately. Yeah, I am very well aware that it's just a feature and nothing the customer can insist on - still, the main priority should be not pissing off customers with a feature that is not working the way it should.

I can relate to this as their cashouts can be the best thing if you can cashout in a perfect time. Recently the cash out feature have been unpredictable this wasn't the case back then as it always appears most of the time. Also the small icon on the left side of your bet can be misleading at times.

Maybe someone will help me here or had a similar situation like me :
My account got suspended few days ago: "We have acquired evidence that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions" - So I explained that maybe it's because my brother open an account there too (as a result both account are suspended).
He didn't have any bitcoins on his wallet at the moment he created an account, so I send directly deposit from my btc account to sportsbet.io - maybe that was not the greatest idea - 1 bitcoin address sending to 2 different accounts , but I was thinking later that if someone has a suspicious about multiaccount, we will do KYC procedure and everything will be fine (probably not first situation like that, because many people probably deposit directly from exchanges, where in many cases exchanges use few addresses for withdrawal for milions of users).
I passed KYC verification, and even that my account was still blocked - I got a question about relevance to the 3 accounts - explained that one of these account are my brother's.
After few more emails - (I was asking for more proofs and explanations), but I got only answer with list of possible breaches of terms.
They did not ask my brother for verification and explanations (for me it should be obvious procedure!), just offering me remaining sum of initial deposit (not the worst scenario, but it is much less than current balance). You think that it's possible to fix this, or find other solution?
