Hello Steve, or anyone else from sportsbet ,who might be reading this.

Unfortunately, I would like to share bad experience with the sport betting section in sportsbet.io

I registered like 20 days ago and did some bets. Then, one day I tried to bet and got an error 'Insufficient funds'. I contacted chat, they told me to email your security team, ID and address verification, and several days ago, boom - 'Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems.'. A friend referred me to your site, so I thought, maybe this is it, they are somehow linking our accounts. And now I get a reply - your account is linked to 4 other accounts. None of those four accounts is familiar to me.

Meanwhile, I looked online and found that I am not the only one. It is basically an auto replies sportsbet.io sends - first blocked account, then KYC verification, then accusation of multiple accounts, then email which exactly are those accounts, and finally they close your account. Ironically, as a 'courtesy', they give you your initial deposit back, but not any eventual winnings. No matter your replies, at least from my experience and from what I read in forums so far. Luckily for me, on a net basis I have been losing so far.

Okay, I could understand your rule against multiple accounts. You need to track for that. However, I don't know what is your system of tracking, but it got me wrong. I already sent a number of documents, and I can provide any other document, if required – id, bank accounts and extracts, address verifications, whatever. I asked to make a video chat with me, if you want. I don’t know what is your communication with the other accounts, but if you have collected the same documents from them, that you did from me, you will be aware that I am truthful. But having made my research, now I expect the email that my account is closed and my deposit is returned. So I am writing here, as a last resort of hope. My user is bonooo96.

I feel treated like a criminal, I can't dispose with the cash in my accounts, and you banned me from betting. It has been more than a week of worries now(partially my fault, as initially I submitted an address verification older than 3 months). I don't call this fair. Try to look at it from my perspective and you will see that the email support is not responsive, nor helpful. I don't know whom to contact for receiving adequate support, and not robotic answers. I am here because I thought it is fun betting with you, not to deal with your support for ages (it is usually a day before I get every reply). Even if everything goes smoothly from here on, which I highly doubt, it's not ok anymore.

Awesome tourney was last night as I finished 6 <3 with some amazing all in that I've won including one against Ricki who eventually won the tourney but hey I lost 10/10 vs K/6 so imagine the bad luck I had on that hand. By the way Steve we were on same table in the first 10 minutes until the soft moved me away and I had to grind and grind that I would eventually be on the same table with you haha.

What a bummer last night. I was setup to take part into the tournament then my friend called me up regarding some important matter. I rushed out without any questions but then I realized that he's only pranking me. It's a 45-minute drive so I missed the tourney. Glad to hear that everyone enjoyed it.

Another option is to ask Sportsbet.io for not removing that finished tournament for at least 24 hours. In that case everyone could see the results next day.

That is the thing about sportsbet that makes it different. They do not act like owners, they act like gamblers themselves or at least steve does, I wouldn't want to talk about anyone else. Steve comes in here, plays poker with us, pays us more if we beat him, he comes in here and makes parlay with us, pays us bigger odds if we win with him, like the dude is basically a gambler himself and he plays with us and has fun with us and actually gives us better chances and more money just to play with him.

United deserved to win this night but Lloris showed us that he's still a top goalkeeper and a world champion aswell but if spurs plays like this next games I don't think they will make a draw again and United if they play like tonight they will catch that 4th spot to get them into UCL groups. Too bad the VAR did not validate the 2nd penalty but it is what it is. I won anyway on corners as they had 8 in 1st half...madness corners.

Not removing the results for at least 24 hours makes sense but you do get the result of yourself right after the tourney ends, so what you will get would be learning about others and that may not really be that much of importance and rush. I would say it is preferred by many of us but not a prioritized one for sure.

Premier league started once again and I wouldn't say Aston Villa "lost a chance" or something, getting one point out of sheffield is a good thing, I know we do not remember sheffield all that much and think they are some vague obscure team but they are literally 6th in the league and going great. So, aston villa "succeeded" in getting one points. Now, it is Watfords turn and I feel like there is a looming certain loss coming with playing Leicester, they are third in the league but of course there has been a big break so lets hope it would work favoring us.

Was there a watford special for this weekend? I bet a small wager on the one from yesterday but someone else scored first during the game and not rashford nor kane.

Wow, what a way to end the game between Watford and Leicester City. Ended up with a 1-1 score but for almost the whole game, they stayed at both 0 goal. Then come the 90-minute mark and Leicester scored 1 against the Hornets. Pretty sure that was the winning goal of the game but boy, oh boy Watford didn't give up. That corner kick and with that beautiful scissor kick by Craig Dawson tied the game. Our boys are really looking solid after this quarantine.
