I am glad that your issue got solved, but before you call a service scam or even be aggressive. It would be much better you first have proper communication with them and also give them sometime to look into the issue. While we might want things to happen instantly, their team could be handling so many requests from different customers at a time. Sometimes they are also just humans, not machines.

Aggression leads to regrettable outcomes like getting banished. Nobody likes getting abused when they are trying to their job, even if it were you

I always preferred digital rewards over the physical ones, I mean it is obvious that "some" stuff are covered in the expenses and that is always great, but remember some of us live in very poor countries and we can't even get the VISA to come to your games let alone any other expense, I mean literally failed at the very first step of the deal.

So, when there are digital rewards, like free bets etc etc that is always amazing and I always love that, but if it isn't like that then I am fine with anything with low return or even just like some recognition with my name on it even if there are no rewards, still better than winning something I can't go to.

City seems to be a bit sloppy in the passing today against Aston Villa.  AV can't seem to take advantage of it, as it seems most of City's mistakes come from "playing it safe."  It looks to me like they're playing this game not-to-lose rather the typical attitude they show.  I should have expected Guardiola to strategize for Seville on Tuesday, and it's been a busy week already.

Over all I tend to agree with you about the Championship.  I would love nothing more than to see Arsenal at the top of the table after 38 matches, but I'm not holding my breath over it.  I still think City and LFC are going to pull it together sooner or later, and you always have to watch out for the Spurs.  It's going to be a busy season for all the top teams this year with the World Cup looming, and I think the PL championship will be decided by the manager who can keep his team rested and healthy.

I do agree with you about Arsenal's ball progression having improved this season.  Their whole presence on the field is noticeably more precise these days.  Arteta is doing a great job, and having Jesus's experience can't be hurting either.

We messed up together with Arsenal for this one, or Man United was just to strong today in Old Trafford stadium, but result is that I lost my bet.
Rashford was on fire, he assisted for first goal and scored second and third goals for Man United, and this is first Arsenal defeat this season.
They are still first place in Premier League but City in now breathing by their neck with one point difference.
