It is not impossible. Amazon remind me of Steam bitcoin story. In 2014 Gabe Newell said that Bitcoin acceptance on steam is 'unlikely to happen'.
And 2 years later we have fully integrated Bitcoin payments on Steam.

What??Accepted bitcoin payment? I think until now steam not yet to give more confirmation about accepted a bitcoin payment on their system. many their customer having complain about a steam statement to accepted a bitcoin payment.

Learn your lesson. Steam accepted bitcoin in April 2016. I already bought games on Steam with my  BTC.

Depend on growing of bitcoin and count of users. Because if there are not people use bitcoin Amazon not will accept. Bitcoin is new on the world, needs more time for it until accepted by Amazon.

Since Microsoft and Steam have introduce bitcoin payments, Amazon also should accept it soon.
Also, they will check if they are earning a profit from those deals else they might use it on trial basis.

I think Amazon does't take risk with accept bitcoin soon for today, because price of bitcoin its self is hight fluctuating it is not yet stable. And bitcoin also not too famous.

Yes! Of course not just amazon maybe almost all of online stores will accept bitcoin in the future. Maybe  almost all can buy with bitcoin. I believe that bitcoin will be the future currency of the world.

And I think amazon is now finding ways on how to attend to this kind of services.  Because if they will not find a way in getting involve in the bitcoin financial industry they will not gain with it for sure and I'm pretty sure someone will come up with a system in addressing the needs of the same trade.

I think Amazon are many doubt about accepting bitcoin as a payment  because if they accept bitcoin there a chancd that they dont know if this coin help them or crashed their company. This will be very ppssible as we see now on bitcoins ,it will known this next years also i think they will have a card of bitcoins just like in romania that have authorized or legit shops who accepts  and have bitcoin atm cards in exchange .amazon will likely to use bitcoins as soon as possible when it recognizes.

Agreed,still any possibility that amazon will interest or accept bitcoin in the future,if amazon people know that japan start regulate bitcoin and its one of good way to make bitcoin better and better,and now we know ateam and other important sites already accept bitcoin,just matter of time amazon will do same thing.

actually i think that it will accept bitcoins someday, just like steam does now when everyone thought that they won't ever accept them, but they do now so amazon will accept them too

and i don't think that it will take long, up to year, because many people now uses bitcoins and this amount of people rises only, so sooner or later amazon will accept them for sure

Based on how steam and other large companies are starting to accept bitcoins, amazon will be forced to start accepting bitcoins as well. They might not voluntarily do it, but the competition will be so huge that they are FORCED to adopt bitcoin.

Remove the "might" word dear. Amazon will accept bitcoin. They are the number 1 online store and will remain as long as they give the best options for their customers. It is not also possible that they will make promotions like "Buy $1000 worth of products using Bitcoin and get a Free Amazon Fire Tablets".

It will happen soon, maybe tomorrow, the next day, next week or few more months.
