What's interesting is that if you manually pull that insurance report on public data, it lists a house registered to one Theodore Shore, age 60-64. If you check out Theodore's house with google street view, you see the same black maxima jay shore peeled out with in the assault video, and is also the vehicle listed in the above police report.

It is about time. Looks like that took well over a year to start getting traction in the media.

This guy spoke at San Jose 2013 conference and has been MIA from the forums since last Sept.

I am surprised that someone hasn't had the website coinabul.com taken down given all of these claims.

God I hate that douche bag.

The only way he would give me a refund was... selling him back the gold I bought from him (but he had not yet delivered) at a 10% loss to myself.
Hope he gets sent to jail and made to pay... through the anus.

I recommend Amagi metals. I have purchased many ounces of gold and silver with bitcoin. Their prices are very very competitive, if you find a better price, give them a call and see what you can work out. In one of their first months accepting bitcoin, they sold 1 million dollars worth, now their volume is much much larger. They are located in Denver and I received my coins (if in stock) within a week.

I know many others that have had great experiences with them as well. Its been a few months since my last order, but it went very well.

Yes, I ordered about $2500 in gold coins with Amagi Metals and no issues at all paying with BTC.
Only note I have was they took about 3 weeks to arrive and the coins showed a little sign of wear
but they sent me some pretty old ones that looked like they were handled a bit before they got to me.
I think its a fair assessment to say Amagi can be trusted if you are looking to move BTC to places
other than exchange to your bank account.

And the longest running fraud reward goes to: coinabul!  Three years of non-deliveries and confirmed scam reports and the website is ....      still up!

Taking the site down should be pretty easy consider the amount of scam accusations over the net and the ongoing lawsuit..

I have managed to take down 2 sites by just contacting it's hosting provider and its registrar.

Its SSL certificate is provided by COMODO, they also can be contacted.

Alerted them they are hosting a well known fraudulent site.    Common courtesy.  Of course they likely already know that, sure has been long enough Tongue
it's up to them if they want to keep hosting the site.  Right now they still are.
