What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?
Yes its going to impact the bitcoin price, bitcoin is depend on the demand and supply chain, if the supply suddenly increase its going to cause the price to go down, and if a lot of user do this bitcoin can become worthless, so panic buying is dangerous for bitcoin price
well. if lots of people start selling their coins then lots of people will start buying them. so there is nothing big issue about seling bitcoin. the chain will be always balanced.
if there won't be any buyer then  no one can sell their coins.

It seems to me that you are confusing placing sell orders with their filling (executing), technically speaking. The former reflects just the desire to sell while the latter the actual fulfillment of this desire. The difference is that not all sell orders may and will get executed at all times due to the lack of buyers at the desired sell price. Then the competition between the sellers kicks in which draws the price down. And this is the real deal since the price, potentially, could hit the ground in the absence of buyers. There will always be someone who would want to sell at any price (for various reasons), while the opposite is not always true. For example, no one in their sober mind is going to buy shares of a company that has just gone belly up (when its shares are still listed on the exchange).
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Right now it's actually better to start buying more BTC.
It's always the right time to buy BTC-remember that.

Maybe in general it is the right time to buy but saying the truth it isn't always the time to buy bitcoin.

Sometimes it is an ideal price to sell and sometimes buying, but at the moment for those that are not in hurry it's not time to sell especially when the price has been dropped a bit.
I'm not sure about ideal time for selling bitcoins, but very much sure about buying bitcoins at any price especially when you are ready to hold them for long times. With the respect to the concepts of what we got from Satoshi, bitcoin is here to have very huge price in future, considering with that, buying at any price will be profitable.

If you believe in bitcoin you know that the current price doesn't reflects the true potential of bitcoin.
Having said this, I for one would not sell at this moment, nor buy. Since I do expect a small dip from where I will make sure to buy some more coins.

Why you saying the  current value doesnt reflects the potencial of the coin, if the halving has already happened, and some people before it made pression into the 700 dollars, last year bitcoin were traded 250 each unit.

because the potential price of bitcoin is not $600 and it can go a lot higher than this. meaning the current price is not the real potential of bitcoin.

halving has nothing to do with anything. the halving made some hype that helped speed up the process of rising but the whales are mostly keeping it down to accumulate more.

Panic selling couldn't really affect the bitcoin's price, the market price is already stable, and even the price dropp down the last period, i think it will increase again soon

Panic selling does effect the price of bitcoin if people with a tons of bitcoin do it. You are returning alot of bitcoin causing prices to down.
This creates a chain cause more people will sell cause its crashing etc etc.

Panic selling has alot of effect on the price of bitcoin. What makes the price is selling and buying so whenever these events happen the prices tend to swing.
The best is for people to spend their bitc in a normal way this way we will only have price increases as more investors start to show interest.

At least those that have invested in $200s - $600s the ideal time to make a good profit is to sell them at $1k or $2k.

But if you are going to hold money for a long time (cash or in a bank) then why not invest a part of them in bitcoin and hold.

That is not going to happen. People who bought in large amounts because they were greedy, will tend to dump if they feel that Bitcoin's value is decreasing. You can't ask them to sit still and spend slowly.

It would depend if those "somebody" holds a lot of Bitcoins. Just remember what the Bitfinex hack has caused us. We were slowly increasing and then it stopped and dropped really hard. Right now, we're still recovering from that.

In fact, we were right in the middle of the correction after hitting sub-$800 highs earlier in June before the halving. The Bitfinex hack happened on August 2, when the price had already been plunging down since July 30. I would hardly call that leg down as "slowly increasing". In any case, the price is now where it had been just before the hack...

And we are essentially back to square one

Its better not to get panic when price drops, we need to have faith in the ability of bitcoins, as it has fallen many times in the past but again we saw major rise in the price of bitcoin.

Yeah it just go back up over and over again. Some people are being added and as they buy the price will keep rising until to the point that there is a litle to sell and that means more price to go up.

whenever there is a fall you have to look for the reasons of that fall and see the size of it too. for example there are always a lot of small drops in bitcoin ($20 or so) and all these are normal for bitcoin and then again there are bigger drops that for example there was the hack drop which caused a panic.

if you find the reason for the drop then you can decide to go in or not.

Panic time is actually a good time to buy the bitcoin. The bitcoin price will rise in the long term as it is developed continuously.

Panic selling has alot of effect on the price of bitcoin. What makes the price is selling and buying so whenever these events happen the prices tend to swing.
The best is for people to spend their bitc in a normal way this way we will only have price increases as more investors start to show interest.
I think when prices rise at bitcoin you can not tell someone to keep quiet and do things as usual. I'm sure they are automatically going to panic and sell as much as possible their bitcoin. because I'm sure they will think that this is the right time to sell

Thats newbies mindset or shall we say contented people but i don't actually call it panic selling since many people do that everyday and it is part of transaction with bitcoins, but if something bad rumors are scattered and a mass of people are starting to sell their coins is actually a panic selling since they are afraid from losing in some bad info regarding to bitcoins breakdown of price, and also i think if panic selling is temporarily to be happened and they will be back and stake again with bitcoins.

What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?
i also have panic sold before in my life because I was to greedy, the price was rising but I wanted the money back but I did not make a huge profit.
After that day the price was still going up, if I had sold back then I would make allot more money.

Even I did panic selling once but that was a profitable decision for me, I sold all my coins when price was at $750 before the halving as I bought when the price was $250 last year, so it was giving me profit of $500 per coin and I think that was an right move as price crashed after that.

I wonder what will be the final price before the flash crash starts again. What do you think? Is it 700?
