What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?

Maybe it depends on case to case basis. Those people who were influenced enough would follow the steps of the person selling those large pile of bitcoins. On the contrary there were people who were first assessing the situation and will based his or her action to be taken after. If it possibly yields a negative impact(I'm pertaining to the latter type of people) then they would not proceed and same with the other way around.

BIG WINNER!

Panic selling Bitcoins will not affect Bitcoins' supply and demand chain. It will only transfer ownership to another; this contemplates a private transaction or a private contract that certainly does not have an effect on Bitcoins. Bitcoins do not have an interest on who owns one to another. It does not work that way. Its business is focused on reproducing as long as there are demands but only to a certain extent because it MAINLY preserves its rarity.

I have the feeling that with latest price correction before Bitcoin gold fork we haven't seen so much panic selling. I still think that panic selling and inability to control the emotions is predominantly characteristics of new users with lack of experiences but maybe with time we will see some improvement in that area.
Massive panic selling can influence the price if it ruins the balance between demand and supply but that will only happen in extreme cases.

In an interview with Cointelegraph previous 7 days, Mycelium wallet’s  Dmitry Murashchik forged additional question on the “overestimation†the analyst mentions. A regulatory environmentally friendly light-weight to a Bitcoin ETF would mean excellent factors for the industry, he mentioned, but would rarely be a watershed moment

yes, it might be panic and sell bitcoin but in fact it is the wrong thing because if sell when price goes down will get loss, better hold and wait price rise again

Investment is an asset that will definitely be kept and monitored, if there is a big dump there will certainly be a selling panic that makes them lose if it sells when a dump occurs. If they're used to bitcoin, I think they do not need to panic anymore, because investing in bitcoin is definitely profitable in the future, bitcoin characters will always go and up and there is no doubt that bitcoin prices will recover soon after a dump. So no one needs to panic selling I guess.

Yes that is the only reason you just mentioned here. There are so many newcomers are just getting into this world so quickly that they even don’t know much the outside effects of bitcoin’s trading. For this, they end up just being effected so badly that they are called panic sellers. And you are right here too, that experience will make them better in this regard. And it takes time.

I'm sure today many regret users for selling bitcoins some time ago, they panicked because they think that bitcoin prices continue to drop so sell bitcoin at any price.

He will regret it immediately just because there is a huge dump it doen't mean that it will stay there for a long time so basically he just made a wrong move and that is one of the problems of people facing right now.

then bitcoins price will go down since there will be sudden increase in bitcoins supply. If everyone panic sells then the market will surely goes red and as the bitcoins get bought one by one then the market will reach a stable chart before goin up again and climbing back from its former position. Actually even though it is somehow a bad news, I'm still looking forward for that to happen so that I can buy and hold more bitcoins for future investments purposes.

If someone dump and it's a big percentage of the total supply then we can see the price to go down but that is only a temporary thing because this increase that we are seeing right now is real, there would be a lot of people that will still buy but if that is an abrupt dump there is an effect.
The supply will not increase, it's still based on the maximum circulation, only the price will be affected.

well i agree on that but i think panic selling should be avoided because you can really loose if you dont control your emotions and it really needs an experience on cryptocurrency field because it is really hard to do controlling emotion especially when gou dont really understand what was really panic selling .panic selling is an unwanted selling that the person who do panic is really the person in a low experience  and an ignorance of the field.

I know what do you mean but I think there is something panic in bitcoin and that point is when the price of bitcoin goes really down for a long time and if not for long time than there is no problem because that lose will recover very soon but when the price goes down than panic selling take place and that’s how people effected in bitcoin.

Yes you are right panic selling is dependent on the price of bitcoin I means if the price of bitcoin goes really down than people will must face the panic selling and when the sell bitcoins than panic selling will must effect their mood but I think they need to be patience because price can be recover very soon and this is make them happy again.

At that time I haven't noticed any panic selling. Most are holding on to what they have. If not selling then mostly buying up as much as they can and that could explain the price continuing to rise and rise everyday and the prediction are that it would rise to 10,000$ in near future and most of the people are trying to collect more and more to take benefit from it in the future.

I did panic selling two times, one is on 15 september where the bitcoin price went down to $2600 and I lost very much on that day. I sold all with loss.

The other one was before 1 august fork, I was so panicking and sold them all not to lose, yet that was a wrong decission clearly.

Yes it's the right explanations with an investment, and when we talk about panic with our certain decisions specially when there's fear of decrease of value. You only need to think about the future, because eventually we might be surprise when your asset grows without exerting more efforts to make it bigger. All you need to do is wait until such time the price gets mature of its value and you can decide instantly to sell when it gained better amount, to think that it will rise even more better; we need not to panic and always believe that profit will be there soon.

I'm sure today many regret users for selling bitcoins some time ago, they panicked because they think that bitcoin prices continue to drop so sell bitcoin at any price.
Getting panic and that at the time when you see yourself getting in loss is quite a normal thing. Everyone has different level of patience. Some keep on controlling their nerves no matter what the conditions are, while other get panic in the very early stages.

We actually need to develop this habit of remaining cool and calm almost all the time so that we may be able to control our nerves at hard times.

One way to try to avoid a lot of this is to wait until a time of panic selling to buy in, and take the usual advice of investing incrementally.  Take a trade when it looks like the price may be bottoming out, and then just don't look at it for a few days.  If the price is higher when you look again, then you're in good shape.  If it's a lot lower, buy in incrementally again, and then don't look for a few days.  Obviously I can't guarantee that this will work, but doing this would have worked very well during the crash in September if you bought when the price fell like $1000 in a day (that's panic selling).
