Panic selling is just an act that is detrimental to itself. Due to the fact, bitcoin to this day is still rising, and still seems to continue to rise until the end of this month. Very pleasant price ..

I think this is actually doesnt contribute a lot of loss if you still holding that token or amount in your hand, what Im trying to say is bitcoin is volatile when it dumps today the possiblity for it to pump for the next day is still high, if you miss the chances to sell it today better luck next time, you are stressing yourself for something unreasonable.

Of course panic sell it is psychological effect, but always is starting from mathemathic/statistic calculations or some extremely bad news for the project.

In my opinion the real price of Bitcoin is much lower than what we see on the market today, and the panic sell for Bitcoin is very real.
Psychological effect. with so many issues and drastic price drop. Many people take this action, and this is real.
Although from what I see, this is part of the market action to correction the price and restock the supply.
When you have no enough information about bitcoin you can easily panic and you will sell with a loss.
I would say it's not good because we are here to make money that is why we invested, we need to improve our knowledge as that is the only way to succeed here. Panic selling will create opportunity for smart people because they'll buy cheap.
It’s a very god question because it’s not an easy game you must have to understand this business because to buy bitcoin or to sell bitcoin it need full concentration first of all you need to know about its price if you come to know that the price is low then buy bitcoin as much as you can and then keep it on hold because that wait can change your life so no need to make any panic just wait for a right time and when you know that the price is high then sell it.

Most of the times, those who panicked are the newbies or the people who are new into bitcoins.  They are afraid that they will lose money and they want to cut their losses.  But if your investment with bitcoin is for long term, then pretty sure that you will have a brighter future on this one.

Why we would panic if we know that our is has potential? Panic is really one of the problem of most of tha trader. Panic selling is also the reason why many trader lose their money.
Panic selling is really hard to avoid when someone is new investors and specially has a little understanding of digital market. It doesn't surprise me when I see someone making this mistake but it is very fine as far as not all the Bitcoin are sold out.

If we will not make mistakes then how are we supposed to learn lessons for lifetime? My honest suggestion is to trust Bitcoin and stay calm under all sort of situation if possible.

According to your scenario, this won't really affect bitcoin's price because the one who dumped are two persons only, the small drop on bitcoin's price can easily bring back by the large number of investors out there. But if we assumed that all the holders dumped their btc then I'm very sure that a very big drop will occur, and that's only the worse part. The worst part is when all holders dumped their btc already and no one wants to buy it again, when this happens, bitcoin will become valueless.

The existence of bitcoin or any other currency depends on Buying and Selling. If one of this became unbalance then something unfavorable might happen for us.
Only those will go for selling off bitcoin who do not have sound knowledge about the currency but those who are experts in this are not going to sell off their bitcoin at any cost. Rather they will start buying bitcoin at cheap rates.

I can bet my all bugs on this that bitcoin is never ever going to lose its value because it has very strong market by now and has already made a lot of people damn rich.

That's what I don't get about traders who does panic selling. We all know that bitcoin is volatile, and so as other coins for that matter, then why is it that everytime we are informed that a price goes down, we immediately panic and sell? We all know that it's like a continuous roller coaster cycle. We are just making our efforts worthless if we panic sell.
According to me those traders who were interested in panic selling so not I think that thing is negligible and traders doesn’t like to do panic selling, the fact of panic selling is negligible and traders now knows the negative effect of panic selling.
It is not the time it will invest more bitcoin it will give you the best future, I am now investing in the bitcoin and the age of the bitcoin will be more if I will hold the bitcoin for the long time, it is not good to sell the bitcoin because the bitcoin price is now increasing more with the time it is not good to sell the bitcoin now as the it will give me high value of the investment.

Why we should panic? It seems that you are not a good trader! We can consider a good trader if we can control our emotions. I can say to all of you that panicking is really not good idea. We can commit many wrong decision if we always panicking.

Mostly newbies would get worried when price start falling, apart from a newbie is someone who hasn’t made much profit from Bitcoin. So they are likely to sell to avoid losing what they have invested. But newbie or not, someone who is smart will always be smart.

Selling off your bitcoin during the time of a fall it’s kinda smart. You can take it out and monitor the price steady and invest back when you notice it is going back up.

Do not panic if bitcoin prices go down in a short time bitcoin will go up quickly so do not panic if bitcoin prices go down. Stay calm, note what will happen next.

you can't blame the people who panic selling, just take a look at the price of Bitcoin nowadays, no one knows if it will continue to grow or will dump without warning so most of people can't help but to panic sell, yea we all know that Bitcoin is erratic and volatile in nature, but with the value of it nowadays, surely we can't just rely on that.

It is a human nature who gets panic quickly due to which this will always happen. If you are completely into this day in and day out then it will be easy for you all to know how the market behaves, which direction it can move in coming time etc. But for majority of them I think that if the price goes up they take out the profits. And as soon as the fall comes they sell out so that they do not loose the money .

Yeah and most of the panic sellers are noobs who just bought in recently too. They buy in at the top and then sell at the bottom or below what they bought in for. All noobs are bound to face this reality at some point or another in Bitcoin, it is only a matter of time. Grin

We can't blame those newcomers on bitcoin to dump the price, they're just noobs and got easily swayed by manipulation so instead of whining, just take the dump as opportunity to buy more bitcoins and hold.

Not really the opinion you tell here is a true one , an experts sometimes have to make a cutloss in the panic selling time.
You know why not everytime the price freefalling could get revovered.
The cutloss itself could be done for different reasons , i mean everything about bitcoin is uncertain you might really have to follow that kind panic selling trends.

if most users with a lot of bitcoins in their wallets then do the same thing as selling their bitcoin out of panic will certainly have an effect on the bitcoin market. maybe bitcoin prices could go down a few percent because of their act? yeah it happens because they can not be patient and do not see the potential possessed bitcoin in the future. assume a few years ago people knew that bitcoin could reach $10k of course they would not panic and sell their bitcoin
