Run your wallet and get paid for it! In order to stimulate the growth of the 42 network, I am going to make the "Nodes Ranking System" with small reward for participants:

Newbie >24hrs online
Jr.Supporter >7d online
Supporter >1m online
Full Supporter >3m online - $3/m
Node >6m online - $5/m
Full Node >12m online - $7/m
Supreme Node >18m online - $9/m

We will pay from the community fund. The first 7 participants who reach the rank Full Supporter (Node for Spare) will get paid. To participate you should notify me your IP-address and keep port #4242 opened for incoming connections. Users should report me every IP-address change or expected maintenance period on the node. The rank "Full Node" and the "Supreme Node" is only available to users with the static IP-address. I will check the nodes from time to time, and if the node 2 times in a row is not online or the port #4242 is closed, than user gets the warning (w). If the participant gets 7 warnings per rank, or his node will be offline more than 21 days, then his rank will be lowered (L) to the previous, instead of the next rank lowering the user will be disqualified.

Doesn't that mean the old Cryptsy Exchange hold the most amount of 42 coins since they were one of the first to put it on a market, so basically since they can't touch those funds because of the Legal Action taking place the supply will be very, very, minimal I take it ? Clever Thinking

They did not close the withdrawal for 42 and some others crap coins. I was able to withdraw a lot of my coins from Cryptsy through 42 and FST.

To be a node you need to open the port #4242 in your router/firewall.

One of the simplest methods to open the port is to use a uTorrent: go to "Preferences" >> "Connection", opposite the "Port used for incoming connections" put 4242 and click on "Ok".

To check is your port opened or closed: http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ , http://ping.eu/port-chk/.
If this method is not working for you but you want to open the port for incoming connections,  send me in PM your router model and firewall name and I will try to help you.

IMHO the full official name should "42-coin" (https://github.com/42-coin/42), in order to leave behind the old names "42 Coin" and "42coin".

In accordance with the new Cryptopia policy and the admin answer, if we want 42 to be listed on their exchange after the swap period, we have to pay 500000 DOT. The normal reward in the new chain is 0+tx fees for PoW and 0 for PoS - it makes 42 an extremely rare and deflationary coin, and in combination with the constant development potentially lead to the value increase.

All 42 coins in the new chain were already mined in this address: 4VsEs7wqRpoiTpmqViWRtse1P3CNgvBw4g, their distribution (swap) between the old 42 owners will be completed with the block #1990382/84 coins + 42 hours in the old chain.
