 Hello Lasergun I tryed to install the new chain 42 wallet but I can not run it I receive a message at the begging 'Error loading block data base' , please advise

A. 1. Backup your old wallet with database directory. 2. Uninstall/delete your old wallet files. 3. Run your new wallet again.

or

B. 1. Make a shortcut of your new 42-gt.exe file. 2. In the same folder create a new folder with the name "database". 3. Right mouse button click on shortcut, choose "Properties", in the field "Object" add: < -datadir="database">. Run your 42-qt by 2-click on shortcut.

IMHO the full official name should "42-coin" (https://github.com/42-coin/42), in order to leave behind the old names "42 Coin" and "42coin".

'-'(minus) always looks not great...
'42 coin' really better,
and it's recognized by people as an original coin,

you fix the original coin, you don't make the new one,
there is legion of new coins,
but 42 coin is valuable because it's old and memorable.

just copy the wallet.dat to the new wallet .... from the old 42 folder to the new 42 folder

the wallet.dat would be located in your c:\users\screenname\appdata\roaming\42 folder so in your case go there copy wallet.dat to a flash drive, install new wallet and the default location would be the same? and then just delete all the data and folders  but the wallet.dat should stay in the c:\users\screenname\appdata\roaming\42 and just dont delete the wallet.dat and start the new 42 wallet
