I mine every night for 8 hours (when power is cheapest). I can get the blockchain moving in about 2 hrs. I have my own pool.

I just remembered. I believe Prohashing.com has an active pool for old 42. You can either mine it into BTC or receive payment as old 42. Check their website for the proper configuration.

Original idea was super rare coin with limited supply and we are reviving this idea.
Nothing can rise the price of the old unlimited 42, the last door is closing together with the market and the last pool. We are sorry for all who not with us...

lol, sorry about that... i was referring to youtube link a few threads ago, my bad...    and for mining on the new chain, its a  POS wallet and its only 42 coins!!!  mining helps out with fast transactions and secures the 42 wallet..  its not a method to gain coins..  if your a holder of even 1 x 42 coin, securing your investment by mining is how your protect your money.. its only valuable if the coin is valued above 1 btc after release.. mining on POS is like hiring guards or buying a security dogs to protect your funds!!

Everything depends on us. The 42 emission is fully completed and nobody will be able to produce new coins and drop the price each day (like on other coins). This makes 42 attractive and safer for investors.
Price is an important factor, people are not interested in cheap coins with low capitalization, they usually come on pump and buy when the price is high... So, the higher the price we will keep, the more attention will be to the 42. Here are some calculations, to be
in 100 by marketcap (to much crappy coins there) we need the price not less than 10 btc per 1 coin;
in 50 (still a lot of garbage) - 37 btc;
in 20 (some scam coins there) - 220 btc;
in 10 - 700 btc, this is less than our record - 1900 btc.
