There shouldn't be this option: "Continue until the unclaimed coins are swapped:" because there are people who probably forgotten about 42, lost their wallet due to data corruption and could be used to troll, someone could say "There's one dent left! We can't continue until this dent is swapped!" There would be no moving forward.

That could be a possibility. I would prefer we go with option 1. If you don't like the other options vote your coins to something else so the last option will not win.

This option means that miners will continue to mine the old coins and swap them for the new (and sell every day) until the last coins are swapped. As for the us, we will continue as we continue...

If we will vote for different options, then the last option will win.

I think that the swap can be finished and switch to new 42, the more that we understand that normal blockchain, not narozeniny smart contracts, anonymization and other chips has a greater prospect on other blockchains, although it can be

obviously it is a bad idea to swap old unlimited coins that will be mined after January,
but why not to let people who don't read the announcement regularly and don't know about the swap, or have the wallet (on Cryptopia etc) which is stuck now, to swap their coins later?

like you said (fair):

I will let the people to swap after the January, 2017, if their old coins were not touched after the block #1990382...

would be a good option to vote.

and let people vote for it again?

It is not fair to change the rules during the game. Person who voted for #5 monitors the results/forum and can change his vote simply by moving funds from his voting address.

They do not need to vote for this option, it was proclaimed before:

I will let the people to swap after the January, 2017, if their old coins were not touched after the block #1990382...

Also in the rules:

If you want to add more power to your vote, just send to yourself ["your voting address"] more coins (and vice versa).

ok, thank you for explaining and confirming it,
I was a little disoriented with your post:

Voting will take place only on key matters relating to the use of 42 community fund (4VsEs7wqRpoiTpmqViWRtse1P3CNgvBw4g). It's not my coins and I will not take a dent without the consent of the other holders. In addition, voting raises consciousness and activates the community.

it is a fair decision to let people swap their untouched coins even after the end of swap period,

good luck!

I am waiting more than two days to withdraw my coins from Cryptopia. The wallet on their site still shows it's in maintenance.

Here is their reply to me..

'Sorry for the inconvenience, I've cancelled the withdraw for you for now.

We're working to defrag the wallet inputs as the balances are made up of so many tiny transactions that we are unable to build such a large transaction.

Cheers,

Hex

The Cryptopia Team'

So, i suggest you should definitly wait until cryptopia can fix it.

Yes I understand that. I don't know how much voting power everyone has. It may be possible for a single person to pick any option and make it a majority (as is already shown). I didn't want to tell anyone what to vote for.

I would suggest transferring leftovers and unclaimed dust to better place - to chinese cryptsy. Tomorrow is 3y anniversary of 42 coin launch on cryptsy. Trading should be resumed here.
