I have a 4 coins for swap....that is not a small amount. and 1 coin I will keep. I have had these coins for a while in Cryptopia, there are not new from mining. I am not a miner.

Well I did send 4.077 to your name from cryptopia.nz  It is interesting that this was the only option in there. No way to get  the coins to my wallet.And no answer from Hex till now...

The new market is all ready, however we have run into issues with the old 42 coin wallets, its almost 3 years old and filled with tiny transactions (0.00000003 etc) so when people try to withdraw its failing with the good ol' "Transaction is Too Large" error, we are trying to figure out how to consolidate all these inputs without using all the coins as fees, LOL its tricky and probably not a problem the developers thought of when making the original 42 coin.

Anyway we are working as fast as we can to get the 42 wallet fixed but have no ETA as of yet

agree, it took me a while to understand and the state of cryptocurrency with its flaws and issues made me didn't care. Recently, the 42 crowd have been devoted and trustworthy and I can't say it was one person that showed good, its the whole 42 family past and present and even though we made mistakes along the way .. To correct some of the deeper flaws Bitcoin still manage to hide (not technically, impersonal!!) the people money can be manage without centralization from the government and now imagine many years from now an inheritance community knocks a door to find the holders future relatives and to find ownership of their unclaimed coin..

42coin has definetly some potential (not for daily payments probably because it is so hard to play with the decimals).
I think that the coin has alot of potential as kind of like "collection" coin. I hope that we will build a decent community soon enough, also a theme on the wallet would be pretty dope (too bad i am not a programmer so i do not know how to do it).

Yeah you are right, im actually running my 42-qt on a raspberry pi 3 so it is better that it is light, maybe toggleable theme or something could be good? Of course these are purely just suggestions. By the way, is there a paid vote to be added on cryptopia or will we be added for free?

In accordance with the new Cryptopia policy and the admin answer, if we want 42 to be listed on their exchange after the swap period, we have to pay 500000 DOT.

20229.08390345 DOT were donated (thanks to alexry and RewardBot) before 02-Jan-2017, the remaining 479770.91609655 DOT were bought on 04-Jan-2017 for 0.11994273 BTC (1, 2) and "Exchange Listing" ordered. After that there were additionally 38239.06875939 DOT donated (thanks to sirslayer), they were sold for 0.01287499 BTC (3). Thus, our current costs of adding 42 to the Cryptopia exchange amounted to 0.11994273-0.01287499 =0.10706774 BTC.

I have not even heard much good about yobit.net, i think they are considered really shady exchange by the community.
After we get some volume at cryptopia, c-cex would probably be a next stop and after that bittrex.
