I don't see really a reason to replace BTC with an other currency, but nothing is impossible.. What is happening now is that there more and more crypto giving "birth" almost every week or month. It's an interesting market and everyone wants a part of the cake of course :-) So let's see what the future will say.

Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
In this world we know that nothing impossible but it takes time, as of now i don't see any reason that the bitcoin can replace by alternative coins. Because bitcoin was the most expensive in terms of value and i think its higher up again because of the ber months. But we dont know after this year the bitcoin will falling down be ready for the worst possible scenario so that we prepared and have solution

But most of them was just used for creating money. The quality is not there anymore and the goal to make it the better service than any other coin. Which could lead to the fact that it can ruin other coins which is making progress.

The point would be to improve upon bitcoin but at the moment al the alt coins which are some what successful are just copied code with little adjustments here and there. If a real alt coin came out which improved on bitcoin without just changing a few values then it could very well replace bitcoin in the future.

I think the possibility exists, because I see alt coin who have a big community, one day it could be if alt coins are now replacing bitcoin. because of the size of the user that affect the bitcoin exsistensi until now.walau not easy but the possibility that there is, I am sure one day.

In my point of view nothing is impossible but Bitcoin is in positive mode only till date Bitcoin to be replaced by another cryptocurrency is not that easy as we all know that the performance of Bitcoin is very constructive not only that compare with another cryptocurrency Bitcoin is known and famous with the people a lot.
So it is not easy and also very difficult that Bitcoin will be replaced by another cryptocurrency.
right nothing is impossible anything can happen in future. but as you said replacing bitcoin is not easy. right now few coins have this capability let's see if it will replace or not.

I don't think there is any alternate coin that could somehow replace bitcoin being the alpha of all the cryptocurrencies. It's value can may be matched by ETH for instance, but it can never be surpassed, IMO.
No bitcoin cannot be replaced by any other cryptocurrency because all of the cryptocurrencies like ETH,LTC etc increase with respect to bitcoin.I don't think that any other cryto can surpass bitcoin. It is famous all over the world and people accept payments in boicoin rather than any other crypto.

I think it will not happen, because the other crypto much difference and very far above bitcoin.bitcoin will increase and increase, because it is in need of people who use. because it produces a very extraordinary income.

I also think the same as you. if bitcoin is replaced by another crypto, then we will start from zero again. and it takes a long time again.

The devs always have any reason to create ICO, new altcoin for fix bla bla bla issue, problems ... but final, they only want to have investor buy their coin lol

Eventually in the future, bitcoin will be replaced by another crypto currency but not soon. Bitcoin will be available till 2023 for mining. After that bitcoin will remain the costliest crypto currency. However, those who have already set up their expensive mining system, what will they do?
They will obviously find another crypto currency to mine and that crypto currency will become the next big thing after bitcoin. Everything in life, has a expiry date and bitcoin is no exception. But that is not going to happen anytime soon.
You will have to explain some details. Why mining will only be available until 2023? Because we should still have a good 100 years until no new blocks are mined. Also the fees will take over as the reward. Altcoins use different algorithms, with ASCIs it is not possible to switch to the next best coin. Probably people will not look for another system anymore, they trust bitcoin so much that is why the price that we see now is rising. That is the statement of the majority and create some good demand to make it happen. If there is a specific altcoin that will replace bitcoin, we cannot ascertain what it is due to their huge number. yes they even do not need to feel about new currency, as bitcoin is still number one and the best crypto currency which is providing the best option to its users, therefore i do not think that we even need to think about another crypto currency. Bitcoin is the biggest because the community is strong, and it maintains a lot of its respect from the rest of the world because of a lot of the stunning achievements it has accomplished, such as being valued over $1k, being relatively popular with some online financial systems and so, among other things. It's not like other cryptos can just show up, even if they are better. Bitcoin could be supplanted by another crypto, this won't be the first run through a development is dislodged by another advancement that does likewise yet better, take a gander at Walkmans they were progressive until the point that they were supplanted by discman and after that ipods. That could happen but no crypto has appeared that is better than bitcoin, only a handful of coins have some good ideas most the other coins have nothing new in them or are coins that are focused on a specific purpose, but not a single one of them has surpassed bitcoin in technology, so we are not sure if that is even possible besides even if that was the case what it is going to stop the devs to incorporate those new elements in bitcoin.

Remember that when Yahoo was very popular nobody could see that being knocked off top spot and then this thing called google came along. Same thing can be said for Facebook and Myspace, will it happen? Nobody knows. Could it happen? Yes it's definitely possible so it's always good to think about these type of things.

Bitcoin has its shortcomings and vulnerabilities. One of them is a long transaction time. If in the near future this defect is not resolved, it is possible that some other more successful coin will take a leadership position instead of bitcoin. Everything develops and improves, and the best become the leader.

These problems can be resolved pretty quickly and affectively by implementing some changes in the bitcoin core software. But most of the time there are 2 kinds of people, ones who are in favor and one are against, so in this case a fork is done and whichever chain gets more hash power wins the battle, so if bitcoin by any chance loses this battle then it will be replaced by an altcoin. So in that case I think bitcoin will lose most of its value but not come to zero.

but I believe that bitcoin will never be replaced by other coins in cryptococcus, since bitcoin is the pioneer of the birth of digital currency, and so far the popularity of bitcoin is high enough and the public interest to do its business on bitcoin in an effort to profit from bitcoin.

Everything dies. Bitcoin will eventually become exclusive once all the bitcoins have been mined and everything in the world gets replaced by a newer model its very likely there will be a better and more improved version in the future.
