Created from the previous refund thread and bASIC legal thread. I will try to update first page from all the posts received here. Tom mentioned "a dozen" refunds left, so the list shouldn't be that long. Please correct me if I made mistakes.

Please post the refunds NOT received: order #s, amount(mark amount by CC if the case), date requested refund, address if you want, your location (USA/Europe, etc).
Also please post when you DO RECEIVE a refund.

"Emergencies" have always been the pretext on which the safeguards of individual liberty have been eroded. (F. Hayek)

Of course that's not what's left. That's people who have publicly complained. The real list is much longer and that's not something CP is going to post.

what really pisses me off about fat fuck Tom, is his complete lack of transparency. I see refunds for order #'s higher than mine... 'da fuck? where's my refund?

tom why the fuck are you not processing in order of;

'ORDER PLACED' or 'date refund requested'

Side note for some - I would be careful bashing him if you are posting your order number here.. he has a good amount of PII (personally identifiable information) that he could potentially now or down the road fuck you over in other ways... Wouldn't put it past him since his entire persona and character are highly questionable..

The only pattern I can see is that medium orders (3k-8k) were avoided, and most of the users still on the list are not from the US.

The pattern of refunds can be quite simple: alphabetical order of bitcoin addresses.
Tom declared he has a list of just addresses and amounts (quite strange) - it can be sorted by address column.

It's not being done alphabetically. I know the addresses of at least 22 refunds, and they start as follows:
12
13
15
16
16
16
18
18
19
1C
1D
1E
1F
1H
1H
1H
1H
1j
1J
1J
1L
1m

I sorted the list alphabetically because I didn't note the timestamps when I made the list. But it shows that refunds are being sent to addresses all across the range.
