Really really pissed..I want my refund.  No refund yet, my original order number was #143. I already went through the process of verification of the refund with Dave, now, Tom tells me that I can't get my BTC until get gets the database from his previous hosting company.

I really cannot express my disdain for this behavior.  It is simply unacceptable.  My orders were dated 2012/07/26 03:36:54 GMT for #143, and 2012/08/13 18:33:18 GMT for # 201.

This long delay, unacceptable.

Later orders getting their refunds, unacceptable.

Yet another confirmation that I am not scamming you, unacceptable.

1. fred0, I marked you on the list with #201,#2251. Now different numbers. Why ?

2. Anybody, were numbers reset at some point ? (#201 later than #1430.. )

no sorry let me re-quote Him and I just talked today and we agreed the rest will be refunded in BTC once the markets stabilize a bit.

why are you special enough to get to wait till the markets stabilize a bit? no one else get the treatment why you. he was paying everyone else at the highest price of that day.which the high was in the upper 200 but now your going to get it for somwhere in the 80-90 just saying you guys must be friends and he still owes me .8 btc so in my book hes still a scammer and a lowlife. any man would of stuck to his word i was always taught a mans word is his bond guess that doesnt fly here.

I am not special. Just ask Tom, I am sure he will wait to refund you if this is what you want.

I received an email from Tom and a refund yesterday.

So I am paid back in full, based on yesterdays BTC/USD rates.  My order # is 1794.

Hang in there guys, I think he will get to everyone eventually.

Actually, #143 was partially filled by modminer quads.  However the order system couldn't couldn't handle the upgrades, so a new order (and number, 2251) was created by Dave.

Tom just sent me bitcoins for the remainder of the $10700 he owed me. I am now refunded in full.

Thanks Tom! I will advocate for the forum admins to remove the "scammer" tag from your account, when you are done refunding. And it looks like you may be close to it.

In the end I received my refund, too. The price was in the 100 USD range. I'm not happy how this project was handled but at least Tom is no longer on the same level as Trendon Shavers and BFL.

Tom doesn't answer my e-mails, doesn't return my bitcoins.

Tom is trying to hide the evidences.  He deleted the forums and now he has deleted my btcfpga.com account.

I feel scammed.

Today i looked up my CC bill and found my 1099$ tom owed me. Great! (my CC order somehow slipped through the CC refund process back then)

I am now officially fully refunded (except maybe 90$ missing on the earlier btc refund, because no matter how I had calculate it, it didnt match up to 3 orders + 3 times shipping cost)

Thank you Tom, again.

ive said it time and time again tom is no Angel.

hes consistently avoid answering ? such as cam electric,
wither or not he lied and used are preorder money for devolopment even after saying he was not doing that.
why in his own post he said repayment would start on january 23rd but didnt bc he didnt have the money.

im sorry hes nothing more then a low life who willingly used the price increase in his favor and has been dishonest about this whole thing even if ppl get paid back this thing has scammer written all over it.

tom just one ? you sold the btc out at 15 dollars price now dont get me wrong your paying exchange rate at time of transaction to refund us so what i dont understand is if you sold 2000 btc totaling 1 million dollars (or whatever it may be ) then why didnt you just buy back in the 1 mill and get like 1500 btcf at like the exchange rate of 18 or 19 or even 20 and give everyone a fair refund in a timly manner.. Since in your own words you swore you werent using any of the preorder money for anyting. if you didnt then i just dont see why so many ppl dont see you as the scammer you are ..

also still owed .8 btc according to your own words. but we know what your words mean nothing and why because your a low life.

I am agitated since I haven't heard anything since I sent my bitcoins last week.. A simple, hey got your order, but I'm busy would be nice

Thought I was helping him out of a bad situation and getting something cool to play with but the cycle continues here

Just got a hold of Tom, he is just REALLY busy and shipping orders out everyday.  He is shipping mine out tomorrow.

Everyone stay calm and he will get to everybody
