The problem with offline dahsboard is fixed.
OVH Cloud infrastructure had problem with disk performance (the speed degraded 20 times).
They fixed this after about 1,5 hour.
Anyway i am speaking with AWS Amazon cloud providet to move there becasue OVH is .......
I am sorry for that problem. Keep in mind that all your rigs should be mining fine with last downloaded settings even if dashboard is offline.
When simplemining dahsboard is offline it is important to check your rigs statistics on pool website just to be calm.
Thanks for your patience and your support !

All is good.  I like that you guys post updates on here when the online interface is down.

Hoping for some help again.  I have 5 rigs.  3 all use the same card and are working fine.  2 of the rigs will not stabilize even when not over clocking..

Both rigs use the following hardware:

GIGABYTE GA-Z270P-D3 LGA1151

Intel BX80662G4400 Pentium Processor G4400 3.3 GHz

Ballistix Sport LT 4GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200)

Lexar JumpDrive S75 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive

VICTONY GPU Riser Adapter

EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2, 80+ GOLD 850W

Also 5 intake fans per rig on  open air cases.

Rig #1 uses the following cards:
4 x Gigabyte AORUS XTREME GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
2 x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 Windforce OC 6GB

INFO: Detected new work: 3bbc

Rig # 2 uses these cards

4 x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Mini ITX OC 8GB
2 x EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC GAMING, ACX 2.0 (Single Fan), 6GB

Both are running on ewbf-0.3.4b mining zclassic
with these options:

   --server us-east.zclassic.miningpoolhub.com --port 20575 --user dirtydeeds.$rigName --pass x

Not overclocked and still crashing after a few hours or less.  I am feeding 90volts to the 1060s and 100volts to the 1070s.

No more than 2 risers per sata cable.

Have not updated BIOS

Any suggestions?

Hi, I have problems to run SMOS, he tells me several times that he found the v1137 and starts downloading, but after downloading again he executes some commands and he says the same thing again and starts downloading again. This is repeated over and over again and never ends. How can I solve it.
Try again to download the SMOS (version 1137) and do exactly the same

Nobody had this inconvenience?

So my rig stopped mining, and it seemed to have nothing to do with the server being down.

I decided to hook a monitor to my rig to see if could find out anything. And after booting the SMOS displays this message over and over "There is no screen attached matching miner".
Any ideas what this really means?
Mostly it means that system cant find any GPU or process didnt started.
IF you have one gpu then check if it is connected, meaby something unplugged ?
Or it could be problem with riser.
You can enter command: lspci
that will list your devices. Check if you will see AMD or NVIDIA there.

Thx for answer.
I tried different risers/cards, and tried running only 1 card to, with the same result.
I also booted on an Ubuntu pendrive and checked lspci command, and GPU shows up. Monitor is connected through GPU to, all works fine.

It's strange. The rig had been working fine for weeks, until I decided to reduce power limit to the same as my Win 10 rig with similar Nvidia 1070TI gpus, then it started acting strange with sudden adjustments to core clocks causing the rig to sometimes freeze(I posted about this a page or two back). It could be running perfectly fine for a few hours, then it suddenly clocked up by itself and froze.

Could it be something wrong with the SMOS config causing it to not start up properly? Perhaps I should do a fresh install on pendrive again.

edit: Re installing/flashing OS to pendrive fixed it. Woohoo.

I use 6x MSI RX 580 8G perfectly for about 1 month in Biostar 12gpu motherboard.
Last week I bought a Sapphire RX 550 4G, it also worked perftectly as 7th GPU.
Then I bought 5x Gigabyte RX 550 2G (two is factory OC).
These cards didn't work with XMR mining in any of miners (Claymore, Stak, Sgminer...)
I bought a new motherboard (MSI H270-A PRO for with 7gpu).
They didn't work there also. There is no hardware problem including risers.
Simply the operating system don't recognize these cards.
I can see them in the Bios and also in Simplemining.net but i get different errors for different algorithms.
Claymore: No AMD OPENCLGPUs found
Stak: UNKNOWN_ERROR when calling clGetPlatformIDs for number of platforms

What is the problem? Thank you in advance for all the support that i will get.

but dashboard shows

I am about to lose my mind and would appreciate any help regarding the below problem  Huh

3 rigs, all same, G4400, Crucial 4GB, Asus Prime Z270-A mobo, 120gb SSD, 6 x MSI GTX1060 6GB OCV1, CM 1000w PSU - working for days (+125 core, +1700 mem, 90w)
3 rigs, all same, G4400, Crucial 4GB, MSI Z270 SLI Plus mobo, 16gb flashdisk, 6 x MSI GTX1060 Armor 6GB OCV1, CM 1000w PSU - 1 for working for days (+125 core, +1850 mem, 90w), other two is giving me headaches!

I built the systems on my own, I did the BIOS settings and checked 100+ times that they are the same, using the latest available bios, changed risers, slots, power cables etc.. 100+ times. Whatever I do, one rig continues to work flawlessly, without any restarts for days, but the other two (which are exaclty the same with the first one - even the screws) are restarting, losing GPUs (showing 4-5 instead of 6), showing irrelevant core/mem values, not applying OC etc...

I tried without OC, new USB, new risers, new everything, setting up from the beginning, flashing new os, nothing worked so far.

Whan can cause this? Everything is same to the bit for 3 rigs, they are in the same room, 1 is working, 2 is not. Appreciate any input, it has been 10 days and I need to start stable mining ASAP.

Hi, maybe a motherboard problem?
Putting on and off again and again many times the riser connectors may damage ports.
Yesterday I noticed that one of my Pci-Ex ports cause senseless heat problem to GPU.
What are the last errors of OS before rebooting?

Hi people, I was using SMOS for 3 days. I have the "WhatchDog problem" on GPU hang.

To try to "resolve" this I need to add the "-r 1" parameter to Claymore that need a additional file called "reboot.bash". Can you tell me if this file was created yet and come with SMOS? Otherwise how can I create this one (I have Putty to SSH).

Thanks in advanced!

Hello guys, just a question about different GPUs in the same RIG. I read but I don't remenber when, I could use different GPU models in the same rig (always amd or Nvidia, not mixed) and I can make an individual setting for each cards but I was trying to find out that point but I didnt find any info about that. Could you please give me any link/info/guide to do it? I remember that it was quite easy but as I saud I didnt find anything ...

Thanks in advance.

You can use Different GPU models but still You cannot mix AMD and NVidia Cards in one rig,

You can set the individual settings (OC) via your simple mining dashboard.

Been using SMOS for 2weeks now and no more problem on my 2 weeks mining operation.

Lets manage your campaign! Send PM for details!

Hey, thanks for our quick response, but I didn't know how set the different overclock values (mem & clock) for each GPU. I have x4 RX570 nitro 4 Gb and I also have x2 RX 570 4gb MSI Gaming X, so i need set a different values. Any guide or picture which show us how it is?

Thanks in advance.
