I'm not seeing any problems here with my rigs if that helps at all.

Hey, while I'm here.... has anyone had any success with mining Ethereum (non-decred) on the suprnova pool with the Claymore miner?

If so then would you mind sharing your command line to help a brother out?? Wink

Same, stability is great.

Here's my config for eth-only nicehash on v11. Should work anywhere.

-epool stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.usa.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal YOUR_ADDRESS.$rigName -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -estale 0

I tried searching but couldnt find. Probably bad bitcointalk search feature.

I have a rig with 4 x GTX 1060 and 2 x GTX 1070 (both EVGA). I have set core to 10 and memory to 1500. Wattage for 1060 set at 85 and 1070 set at 100. Mining ETH claymore.

The 1060s are mining at 24 MHS. 1070s are mining at 32 MHS. Total 160 MHS. But once in every minute, they drop by 3-4 MHS total. Makes me feel if I am overclocking too much and undervolting too much. They have not crashed yet (running only for last couple of hours). Any thoughts? Is +1500 memory too high? Should I reduce it? But I see lots of posts that EVGA 1060 is very much capable of 25 MHS and 1070s at 34 MHS. No idea how to hit that level.

Rig is set to electronium.
Through 5 minutes turns off.
 I use claymore-eth-v11.0.
Settings:
-xpool stratum+sl://en-e1.nanopol.org: 13433-wall xxx.reg name/mail-xpsw z-allpools 1-asm 1-port 127.0.0.1:3333
what to do and how to be?

Hy Umax,

how much RAM do you have?
What processor have you installed?
Did you try to run EthOS on the rigs?

Guys, I need some help as I am troubleshooting this issue for the last few days.

I have 4 x 13 GPUs rigs (GTX 1080Ti on Asrock H110 Pro Btc+ ), but none of them would boot with all cards connected, but as soon as I try disonnecting 1 card and boot boot with 12 cards all rigs can boot and start minining without a problem, stable 24h, no restarts.

I can replicate the same behaviour across all 4 rigs. I can mine on Win10 (dstm and NiceHash), HiveOS with all 13 cards, so risers are fine and I have enough PSU juice (running 4 x 1080Ti on 1400W PSUs).

When booting with 13 cards, every time I get this error http://shrani.si/f/2K/3/36xjpO7K/img8269.jpg

I have tried all different combinations is Bios (Gen 1, Gen 2, disabling all peripherals) to no avail. At the moment I am running with 4 x 12 cards and I made another rig of 4 cards. I would really like to get SMOS going with 13 GPU.

The SMOS is loaded on 32GB Lexar USB3 sticks. Could that have any connections to my problems, should I try running it from SSD?

I have i3 3.9Ghz cpus and 8GB of ram. I have not tried ethOS, but I switched 3 x 13 gpu rigs to HiveOS yesterday, no problem booting 13 cards. If they will be stable for the next couple of days I might went for that OS, tho I would prefer stay on SMOS.

Yeah I wish they would add a search through thread option.  A lot of questions asked by people have probably already been answered but 99% of people aren't going to search through 400 pages manually.

hello, I have a question,
Will you add the newest ccminer so we can mine most of the new coins that appear?

Is this OS linux based? Can you run ccminer or bfgminer binary if you can compile it okay in Ubuntu 16.0.4?

Hello!

Have been using ethOS but have read so many positive things about Simplemining, I really want to check it out.

Following the instructions on the Simplemining website, I used etcher to create a USB of the program and everything worked great.

When I went to one rig and put in the USB and rebooted it - all that would happen is that I would immediately go directly to the MOBO Bios.  Couldn't get past that to access the Simplemining program.

Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi guys, my first touch with SMOS, but not the first touch to mining.
I am surprised I am finally able to undervolt similar like we use to do so under OverDriveNtool in Windows.
Currently I am running 12x Sapphire Rx470 8GB SAMSUNG, overclocking set to core 1120, mem 2150, undervolt 820, powerstage 3 and Claymore11.1.
Having fantastic score 361Mhps @ 2050W (30+Mh/s; 168W per card).
I was able to run 1260/2200 at 900mV powerstage 5 to fit almost 32Mh/s but each GPU card with riser consume 180W. In this setting I do not have incorrect shares, but there are errors incrementing in hwinfo.

My memory timing:
0:1750
777000000000000022CC1C00CEE55C46C0590E1532CD66090060070014051420FA8900A00300000 012123442C3353C19
0:2000
777000000000000022CC1C00CEE55C46C0590E1532CD66090060070014051420FA8900A00300000 012123442C3353C19

In this SMOS is there any CLI/WEB confirmation or command how to check which frequency is each card running, what exactly voltage is set to core/mem? Just like "show stats" in EthOS.
What else I am able to configure in SMOS under miner user?

Thanks in advance!

Wake On Lan
Does anyone know how we can execute a wake on lan to boot up a pc running simpleOS?
I have 5 rigs and all are set to boot if power is lost but one of my rigs refuses to reboot after a power loss
so i am stuck with trying another option and ran across wake on lan but all the instructions online point to
doing some extra steps inside the os. My rigs are on a remote site and i have a laptop running 24/7 in the same
local network so just wanted to see if i can use that laptop to wake up the rigs that refuse to start.

Just load a Magic Packet application on the laptop. Turn on WOL in the BIOS of the machine you want to wake. Magic packet is sent to MAC address of NIC on the station that needs to be woke up.

Is there a way to pause a rig?  It seems like it should be really easy, but I can't find any way to do it without powering down the rig.
