Does simpleminer support miners with both AMD and Nvidia cards yet? I wasted $20 on this a long time ago and it was nothing but headaches.

Same here, man... same here... Having support of both amd and nvidia on the same rig would be most welcome.

Yea, I agree. An answer from the developer would be appreciated.

There will be never AMD+Nvidia gpus in the same rig. Sorry but the OC settings have completly different layout and it will not work.

@tytanick - any chances we can have an ccminer/phi-1.0 mod added to the SMOS miners family?

Hello,

Any help would be appreciated.

Here's my setup that I'm having issues with

- 6x EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti SC GAMING
- MSI z270-a pro mb
- EVGA 1200w P2 PSU
- 8gb RAM

Risers, GPUS, motherboards, etc etc.. I have multiple rigs and I've interchanged all parts and they are working fine.

I'm able to get 4x 1070ti, 3x 1070ti + 2x 1070, but not 3x 1070ti or 6x 1070ti

I get all kinds of errors, sometimes gpu's cpu errors of some sort before the login into simplemining, or the gpu's fans don't run at proper speeds, and even if I manage to somehow get it up it's not stable and reboots even with no overclock.

Assuming it's something simple here I'm missing, feels like a PSU issue even though 1200w should be plenty power for a 6x 1070ti setup?

From what you say i'd say there's 95% chance the PSU can't handle the 6x if you run it with 100% TDP. Any chance you have a cheap +300w PSU lying around and could connect 1 card(if strong enough try 2) or mobo/cpu to it and the rest to the 1200w?

I'm setting them to 170w power limit in overclock settings for simpleOS, is this not lowering the % TDP?

UPDATE:
added miner lolminer-v0.34-beta
added miner ethminer-v0.15.0.dev1

Thanks for updating

I tried ethminer v15 with the same settings I use v14, but only get incorrect results.

Anyone else tried ethminer? Does it work?

i see
so for the TI's this is a light, not even -6%, they come with 180w. For the normal 1070s you even try to raise their max TDP which is normaly 140w, some come with 150w.

please try to set something low first like 80w (if their minimum is higher they will adjust anyway automatic) and then try higher settings one by one with "xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,.." etc

efficient & good numbers are usually between 65%-85% TDP depends if you want higher hashrates or a bit lower electricity costs  Grin

I switched away from Raven for a bit, but now I'm back with a bit more hash power.  Would be nice to get Enemy 1.08 running.  Suprminer is crashing.  -t doesn't fix the issue.  I've switched the nevermore-brian112358-v0.2.2 for the time being.

Yes, please add this version. I need more ravencoin! Plus it improves performance for pidgeoncoin and adds support for the Bitcore and Phi1612 algos.
