Having read some posts from this thread has me thinking of bitcoins in a whole new way as it makes sense to save for your children or grand children as its some form of investment which might pay 3fold or more in the future

Yes, I, too, in another way began to accept Bitcoin. And I decided to take care of their offspring and put the savings of Bitcoins to my descendants

I might create a Cold wallet and send 1% of all bitcoin transactions I ever have into that wallet. I will write the private key onto a secret paper or somewhere or something that I will give to my grandchildren in the future. This way, maybe someday the price of bitcoin might be sky high and they will be happy grandpa gave them some money!

It depends on the situation. I would glad to save bitcoins for my grand children in the future. Who knows that they will be a millionare someday But I told it depends on sitution. If I badly need a fiat for emergency purposes I won't hesitate to convert my bitcoin savings to fiat.

I have not the age to think about the grandchildren. I even have children yet. So right now I earn Bitcoins for yourself. Maybe in the future I will be able to defer some Bitcoins for my descendants

Dreaming can be saved for anyone, children or grandchildren. But as long as you need for yourself to live normally. And it is possible to cope with the descendants.

In the future, we will have time to do everything. Of course you do not want running too on the front, but Bitcoin soon the children themselves will have to make or trade. The main thing to learn properly.

It seems to me that the best way to involve your children and business Bitcoin, so that they understand what it is and how it works. Therefore, not only make the future will have the opportunity and out of pocket expenses.

Now, almost no one is sure about the future. So really put all the money in Bitcoin are preserved for the future of children is very risky but still people do it successfully.

Well, for example, great grandchildren will have to do everything themselves and to help their grandparents. Children of that time is very quick to learn and Bitcoin for them to be casual thing.

In the long run, it may work out. However there are many risks. I think once you can make a good profit on your current bitcoins sell them.

Bitcoin is wild and volatile so storing does not seem to be a good idea. I do not wish this to happen but just in case if there is a world war lll then there would be very less buyers and there will be a low bitcoin price. The best would be enjoying with whta you have now or buy some gold.

I decided that some Bitcoins leave to their descendants. This is a very good idea. I hope this century will be a good surprise for my grandchildren

Bitcoin is a long term project. Therefore it makes sense to save small parts over a long horizon. Do you save Bitcoins for your (grand) child or children?
For those who do not have (grand) children (yet), would you save Bitcoin for them if you would have (grand) children?
I don't have some. My focus in bitcoin is to earn it. Then once I earb enough, I'll start a business that may continue by my son ir garandson.

It is volatile as USD and other currencies but it is very promising. Why? Because of its cool features and easy transaction online with the capacity of making our transactions private and also fast. There is really nothing wrong setting aside few bitcoins for grandkids in the future while most of your bitcoin earnings are for your personal use.

I started to save 500k Satoshis each months for my new born nephew. I created a paper wallet and I gonna transfer the amount monthly to the address. When he reached age of 18, he will get it, of course only if it still will have some value by then

The price of a bitcoin can unpredictably increase or decrease over a short period of time due to its young economy, novel nature, and sometimes illiquid markets. Consequently, keeping your savings with Bitcoin is not recommended at this point. Bitcoin should be seen like a high risk asset, and you should never store money that you cannot afford to lose with Bitcoin. If you receive payments with Bitcoin, many service providers can convert them to your local currency. But again since its volatile, its up to you to keep it for your children. No one knows maybe Bitcoin someday will grow its currency value.

When I die while still owning bitcoin then my coins will die with me. It will be a small donation to everybody else. Also I don't belive that bitcoin price will be so much higher in the future as people suggest.
