I cant seem to find the parlay button on my iphone.

To simplify the mobile experience we disabled the straight/parlay toggle. On most phones if you switch the landscape (hold your phone horizontally) then it will be enabled. We can re-examine whether this is an over-simplification of the mobile experience. Perhaps the toggle should always be enabled.

Does "sorry we can't accept this bet right now" mean there's a bug, you're performing site maintenance, you're updating game lines, or what? Thanks.

You guys are taking forever to grade a soccer match that ended almost 2.5 hours ago, and blockchain.info is down so I can not make a deposit since you are slow. So I'm going to miss the cincy football game that I want bet at -12.5.  Ridiculous.

Over 3 hours now, and I officially missed my bet.

Thanks. Suck a great site huh? You graded my losing soccer bet instantly though. This wasn't some obscure match either. Between blickchain.info and your site, I'm totally pissed off.

Fix this shit please.

That response can be triggered for a couple reasons. Often it is given if an event has started before it was scheduled to, or if betting has been temporarily held because something has happened affecting odds (like if a star player will be out and odds must be recalculated).

We are always working hard to grade bets as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee to grade all events immediately after completion. Sometimes grading can take a few hours. We have automated grading for most major events, which occurs within minutes of completion, but there are also events which require manual review and this can sometimes take a few hours.

We will continue to work hard to settle all bets as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all bets will be settled immediately after completion.

3 hours to grade a wager is within the allowed time frame for a sportsbook. When it's regarding proposition bets they should be graded within 12 hours of game finish.

Still bad business to grade losers so fast and winners so late, especially when its the first day of college football, one of the most bet sports.

I'd have been happy if the spokesperson offered to enter my cincy bet when he got online, I pmd him well before start time with what I wanted to bet the game at, but couldn't because they were sitting on their hands.

Thus, along with the so called hour long update on blickchain.info that took 5 hours kinda ruined my mood. And of course, cincy is covereing the alt point spread I was going to bet at -12.5....

I even pmd the admin for bitbook this morning with that line.

Whatever though.

I also bet det -1 yesterday, and the game ended in the 7th, winning 7-2, and got that graded as a push. Retarded

The result of a game is official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4.5 innings. If a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. Monies will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. Events will not carry over to the following day unless otherwise specified.

I should actually be paid for my bet. Those words are straight from your site. Plus all live bets based on final score of game.

Final score was 7-2 Detroit. I am owed the bet graded as a win, not a push, per your own words on your site.

Please correct my bet yesterday. My name onsite is Collegenitro.

WRONG. If you read Pinnacle's rules which is what bitbook is based on, ALL RUNLINE bets such as your detroit -1 are official only after 8.5 or 9 innings. Otherwise winning or losing, they are graded a PUSH. You are also criticizing a delay, seriously if you had the funds in another wallet, use Nitrogen or another book, don't come bitching. Cincy could easily be not covering and you would not be bitching. They grade all bets at the same time, they enter in the final scores for games and then the bets related to that game are automatically graded by the system. Winners and losers are graded same time.

ALL live bets must go a full 8.5 or 9 innings to be counted officially as well.

Seriously do not grade this kid's tickets a winner bitbook, he obviously does not know typical sports betting guidelines. Any normal bettor, knows the rules regarding MLB runlines and live wagering.

BitBook does not recognize postponed games, protests or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. As long as the event is played on the schedule day, all bets have action. If inclement weather (or similar delay) pushes the start time past midnight local time, but the game is still played, all bets have action. If the game is rescheduled, all bets are cancelled.
All live Baseball bets will be settled based on the final score of the game.

I don't care what pinnacle says. This is bitbook.biz text direct from site.

Also, I stated I wanted the cincy game. Its not their fault that I didn't transfer additional funds over and that blockchain was down. If they had manually placed my bet, and I lost, I wouldn't say a word. That's the risk in betting.

Anyways, you can throw pinnacle out there all you want. Their own terms say it should be paid. Read their terms before you act all high and mighty.

You aren't going to get anything for cincy and here you go BUD. Just as you requested:
Straight from bitbook:
When wagering on total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to have action. If a game is called or suspended in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.
Rules for Run Line (handicap) wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.

Hey College, sorry for any confusion, but we follow standard baseball grading rules which hold that all spread and total bets are cancelled if a full game is not completed. The first 2 bullet points of the Baseball rules on our site explain this. Not that it matters, but we were going to win a bit on wagers in this game that we cancelled.

As King mentioned, the relevant rules from bitbook.biz/rules are as follows:

  • When wagering on total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to have action. If a game is called or suspended in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.
  • Rules for Run Line (handicap) wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.

Just a combination of a perfect storm this morning ruined my day.

I guess I misunderstood.

Should work to understand your new customers a little better, I feel like my small bets don't even matter.  Would it have been difficult to enter my bet on my behalf when I pmd you way before the cin game started? And again like 5 minutes before?

If kingofsports is part of your team, he needs to not act like a condecending asshole to people. He could have worded his response a whole lot better.

I like your site a lot. I've got a bad taste in my mouth though. I'd never have bet that soccer match had I known I wouldn't have been able to get my college play in I wanted.

You came at bitbook with an arrogant attitude, almost demanding and angry. Sometimes it happens, however you cannot assume any bet will win or lose, there is no locks thus, just a potential missed opportunity. I am not affiliated with bitbook except for having a lot of referrals linked to my account. I personally just don't like when people don't handle themselves professionally, gambling is for adults and not children so I expect people to act accordingly. Gambling should not make or break your financials so really nothing should upset you.

Bitbook is a great book, in the future if you want to place a bet on a team for a certain amount consider doing this (as an example):
You want to place an if-bet, meaning if the first bet wins you want to bet on a second game. However the site you use does not offer if-bets, here is another option: parlaying some of your bet.

Example: You have $105 and want to wager $105 on a soccer game +100 but also a football game later for $110 at -110 odds. But you only want to wager $110 and not the full $210 you would get as a result from your soccer game. Thus do two bets, a straight bet and a parlay bet as followed:
Straight bet on the soccer game $50 to win $50.
Parlay bet of $55 of soccer game and the football game. These two bets would be the same as a rolling if bet as described above allowing you to bet on multiple games with the same funds but it not being completely an ALL or nothing.
