NO, IT'S A BAD GOD. THIS IS NOT GOOD... NO BITBOOK REPS, NO NOTHING RIGHT NOW. THE SITE JUST STRAIGHT UP DISAPPEARED. AND I WAS LITERALLY JUST WITHDRAWING THE BITCOINS INTO CASH. I HAVE LIKE $0 I NEEDED THAT MONEY SO BADLY YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND.

not sure you quite understand my situation... basically i was planning on moving those 15 bitcoins to my wallet seconds before the site went down. it's all i have in this world... pretty gross. I fucked up... gotta be more careful in the future, even with my beloved bitbook. counting seconds till i can get my hands back on those funds.

Don't keep your BTC on sites, unless using it. When not in use, put t in your wallet.
No reason to keep btc on a site, even if reputable.

It's their hosting provider, its not something bitbook can control. they don't know when their hosting provider will be back fixed. Anything they say is just a guess...so keep asking and hope they take a guess, then get mad when the guess isnt right, or be an adult and wait patiently.
You shouldnt be keeping essential funds on a sport betting site anyways.
