you have restrictions on parlays for 4 only please do this for more also its better fixing on 4 is not ok

Hey Faiza, the reason we limit our parlays to 4 options is so that we can effectively manage our risk, while still delivering a great user experience. If we were allow a user to make a 7 option parlay with odds of 400:1 we would either have to limit the amount they can risk to something very small, or accept the chance of losing a very large amount. Running our book responsibly is of the utmost importance, and we are committed to delivering a great experience with every functionality we offer, so we decided to keep the parlays at a manageable max of 4 options.

With that said, we are considering increasing to 5 options, and I will definitely pass along your feedback.

Your grading of games, particularly MLB has slowed down bigtime. Normally only having to wait 5-15 minutes after completion of games has now become 15-60 mins average. Please fix whatever you guys changed.

Yea, one of our results sources recently become a bit slower. We've got an idea for how to speed things up. Should be better soon.

All completed tennis matches have been graded. We have auto-settling in place for most tennis matches but sometimes (often with doubles matches) we must manually approve bet settling. In these cases it can sometimes take a couple hours to grade.

Hey Wolf, we got first 1st half and 1st quarter lines up for all NFL games! We are working on 2nd halfs. They should be ready for week 2.

I'm assuming most of your customers are American, but it would be cool to have some additional lines on soccer that aren't necessarily offered by Pinnacle. Stuff like Player A to score, result at half time, predict exact result, etc. Bet365 has tons of those

Great to hear, afterwards if you could add 1st 5 innings for MLB too that would be even better. But second half lines at halftime for both NFL and NBA definitely needed. Keep up the good work.
