The rules for the Group Betting on British Open are poorly explained.
You pick who you want out of the group of 5 (or sometimes 3) to have the best finish correct? Just wanted to make sure before I placed some bets. What happens if there is a tie? 1/2 of your original odds?

Great question. Yes, the winner of the group is the player with the best finish. If there is a tie it is the player with the best final round. Good luck betting!

Hey, Just wanted to let you know of something that happened earlier today that I think you could fine tune a bit. I saw the K. Knapp vs A. Cadantu matchup and really liked K. Knapp. So as I normally do to see if its a "popular bet" I entered 10 into it and then press place and it said exceeds your normal balance. So I thought "okay it can accept up to 10 BTC no problem". Well I deposited 7.25 BTC or so and tried wagering it only to discover that the max was 6.25 for ML. I was disappointed by that. Is there any way you can have it so the maxes show up before I deposit? I don't like to bring it up, but I wish I had been able to do the whole amount on ML instead of laying the rest of Knapp's spread which I did. My point here is, I didn't have much time and I thought you guys could take the full amount but you could not. And I did not have enough time to withdraw my other coin or so to place it with another book. Is there any way you can post the maxes per game or per sport somewhere for the future? As I a frequent bettor on multiple sites I appreciate knowing what my maxes are before depositing. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion King! We've actually received similar feedback from other users and it's on our short list for sure (implementing this feature properly is actually a little more involved than you'd guess). Thanks!

We thought about it a little more and found a simple fix to make it do what you want. If you want to see the max available you can enter a large number, like 100 and it will show you. Thanks for the suggestion!

Question about the e-sports betting. Do you only have LoL and SC2, or will you have others when the tournies roll around? I wouldn't mind betting on some call of duty

Currently we offer only LoL and SC2. In the future we may look to expand and Call of Duty could be a cool addition. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hey, Any plans to have Google Authenticator option added to the login process? I've been hacked before and thus I don't like keeping a balance on any other parties wallet or acccount unless they have this option. Really hoping for it to be available before NFL season.

We just discussed this and think it could be a great addition. We've got a couple features in the pipeline, but we'll work to have something ready before NFL. Thanks!

Hey just a suggestion to make, I really want a sportsbook to add rolling-if bets, even if for a max of 1 BTC on the rolling bet. Many cash books do this and it'd be awesome if I could use a winning balance on an 8pm game to also bet on a 10pm game I like and not have to just choose one of split the balance. Just a suggestion, sorry for the overload of em haha.

Is there a way to cancel a bet when i make a mistake on who i picked? What are the stats for people betting on esports compared to normal sports if you do not mind me asking?

Because odds are constantly shifting all placed wagers are considered final. This type of policy is standard among serious sports books. However, if there are ever extraneous circumstances please email or PM us and let us know what happened ASAP.
