I don't know if he and Phil are just delusional at this point or what, but they keep on firing out these PR fluff-pieces which make grandiose claims without ever offering any verifiable supporting information. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpgsRGczodgCore TV Episode 03: Jawad Yaqub CEO of Razormind.co.uk . . . 43:20 Interviewer brings up the supposed five million Euro investment they say is gong to happen for a 'European Blockchain Bank', where is the money coming from, the crowdsale funds? Jawad rambles on some more about the blockchain bank and how great it is going to be and how it is all about helping the poor people.
45:20 Interviewer asks again where the money is coming from for this five million and asks if it is coming from Razormind. Jawad insists he is poor but the company is rich and "has decided to make this investment". Asks "has it happened yet. . .where is the money coming from. . .the crowdfund?", Jawad denies this by stating the money comes from, "us, it comes from the network, it comes from our own cash. At the moment DeOS is owned by us, it is commercial private software . . .it does what it is supposed to do. . . we don't need the money from the crowdsale. . .that the best way to get public ownership and publicise it is through this crowdsale". They keep talking about investing five million in two 'Blockchain Banks' in order to lend money to poor people yet Jawad couldn't answer the interviewer when he asked what the plan would be for people who fell into arrears on their payments or stopped paying entirely. As for the company having money, well, given the proven deception and fraudulent misrepresentation Razormind have perpetrated during this weasel-worded 'Crowdsale' (which is just an ICO by another name) all through this time period when they are rattling the collection plate, what do you think the likelihood is that they've got hundreds of employees, a dozen offices around the world and millions in the bank to provide commercial-grade banking services for the poor? 27,000 'active users' of 'DeOS' as of January 2015, yet nobody has seen or heard from any of them and the platform itself doesn't seem to exist outside of Jawad and Razormind's sales-pitch. I am genuinely fascinated as to where the fuck he thinks he's going with this astro-turfed operation! Insane. [edit] While idly musing on this question I find myself exploring the details for the people Razormind claim work for them. They've gone and changed the original photo they were trying to fly for 'Olga Petrushka' which I proved was actually Chelsea Marshall, a write for Buzzfeed. The photo they have for 'Olga' now is that of an online freelance translator https://www.upwork.com/fl/olgapetrushaBut the real gems are buried deeper, there are some absolute doozies in that staff list which I'll post up tomorrow.

It's from 2013. He seems to have paid for a bunch of 'Fiverr' clips over time which were just generic name-checks of Razormind he was probably planning on using once he'd figured out what the fuck he was going to do with it. RAZORMIND LIMITED NI636534 - Incorporated on 19 February 2016 55 Clive Road, Holywood, County Down, United Kingdom, BT18 9RE
RAZORMIND LTD 08097903 - Dissolved on 21 January 2014 7 Drayfields, Droylsden, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, M43 7ET
RAZORMIND LTD 07108136 - Dissolved on 2 August 2011 14 Victoria Park Road, Apartment 3, Leicester, United Kingdom, LE2 1XB
RAZORMIND NETWORK LTD 09005214 - Dissolved on 1 December 2015 Suit 34 67-68 Hatton Garden, London, England, EC1N 8JY Trouble is, he's great at getting the company incorporated, not so keen on filing any of the required forms after that point, which leads to them just being struck off the register. So he goes and incorporates anew a few months later. Date Description 02 Aug 2011 Final Gazette dissolved via compulsory strike-off
19 Apr 2011 First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off
18 Dec 2009 Incorporation
BTW, I'm still working on verifying some information in relation to the astro-turfed staff bios but the general setup appears to be that he is using profiles of people who work for a Ukrainian firm called 'Dengo Systems'. https://www.linkedin.com/company/dengo-systems <=---- You can see the profile pics he's used in the employees photo carousel to the right. Click on each one and it links to a full-size LinkedIn page for that person. Now, the odd thing is that they posted a Happy Birthday to Jawad in their Facebook page back in May, describing him as 'our partner', but he isn't listed anywhere as being an actual 'partner' of the company, although I did find this scheduled in the list of projects one of the Dengo Systems guys has on his LinkedIn page: https://ua.linkedin.com/in/alexandr-serdiuk-474680116Razormind Starting June 2016
Big Data. Blockchain. Enterprise Architecture.
Team members: Alexandr Serdiuk So Jawad is obviously just a client of Dengo Systems, but is using their staff bios to imply they are actually on Razormind's payroll.

Where did this silly thing end up?
With all the legitimate journalists pulling their articles on DeOS when they saw the evidence that Jawad and Phil are basically bullshitting everyone about the scope of their operation and that Razormind had made numerous fraudulent claims on their website leading up to and during this 'crowdsale' of these 'tokens', which is generally an ICO by another name. The 'sale' ends on 9th September and they'll issue the tokens one week after that, according to their twitter. https://twitter.com/razormind

Seems like Jawad and/or Phil are keeping up with this thread's routine exposure of their long history of lies and misrepresentation. Razormind.co.uk/Team just went from this: Which, as I mentioned previously, shows people who actually work for Dengo Systems in the Ukraine. To now being removed entirely:

Looks like their "crowdsale" will end in 3 days. The price is 250 DeOS / 1 BTC (i.e. 0.004 BTC/token or ~$2.42/token) and they claim that so far they raised 29,600 BTC ($17,956,840). WOW!

Your calculation didn't take into account the staged nature of the ICO. But, here's funny for you, when I went just now to double-check the details for the ICO I found that they originally were quoting a completely different stepped-structure ICO. Here's what they have been saying for the past several weeks: https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-shower-for-razormind-3000-btc-after-one-week-of-crowdsale28th July 2016 The price of DEOS will be 1,000 per one Bitcoin (BTC) until Friday July 29, after which it will be 500 DEOS per BTC until the final valuation change of 250 DEOS per BTC on Aug. 12. Which means you can't properly calculate how many btc they are claiming to have raised even though they state that as of last Friday they had sold 7.4 million of them, because you don't know how many were sold at what rate. What is amusing and ever-so representative of this entire process of lies, fabrication and simply fucking winging it is this, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, set of numbers they were originally stating at the start of the ICO: https://cointelegraph.com/news/razormind-targets-ethereum-by-crowdfunding-deos-blockchain-on-july-1512th July 2016 <=-- 3 days before the ICO begins 16th July – Week 1: 1000 ÐEOS (Ð) per Bitcoin, 22nd July – Week 2: 500 Ð per Bitcoin, 29th July – Week 3: 250 Ð per Bitcoin, 5th August – Week 4: 125 Ð per Bitcoin, 12th August – Week 5: 50 Ð per Bitcoin and 19th August – Week 6: 25 Ð per Bitcoin.

Ah, yes, you're right. If we assume that the average price is ~583 DeOS/BTC (1000+500+250 / 3), then we are talking about 12,692 bitcoins.

What I'd like to know is when the OMNI Foundation, who are supposed to be supervising this, approved of this change in the exchange-rate schedule for the ICO CoinTelegraph: So when does the crowdsale go live Mr Yaqub?
Jawad Yaqub: The crowdsale starts on July 15th, 12:00 PM GMT. The DeOS crowdsale is supervised by the Omni Foundation. They have access to all transactional information, with their executives serving in the role of trustees for the DeOS tokens. Razormind has no access to these funds without their approval. We are taking great care to secure and safeguard all funds for this crowdsale. Because people would have been influenced as to the decision to invest quickly before that first week rate expired, only to subsequently discover that the rapid reduction in the rate each week wasn't going to happen. That is uber-shady behaviour and the execs at Omni sure as shit shouldn't have approved it. That is if this sale is even being supervised by the Omni Foundation. We are, after all, talking about a claim made by Jawad Yaqub, who has an internet history of half-truths, lies and complete fabrication.

So what if Omni are supervising it? That doesn't mean shit to me and I don't think it gives credibility of the "project", because back in the days Omni's market cap has shrinked like 60 times in few months.

Doesn't surprise me at all. Jawad has been desperately trying to sell this DeOS as an Ethereum competitor, so the idea of them claiming to be setting up their own DAOs on it is just more of the same. BTW, if anyone reading this thread has actually purchased tokens in this ICO, can you vouch for having seen whether DeOS even exists as an actual platform? Outside of Jawad and Phil's imagination that is.

Not only that, but few identities from the Razormind "team" were exposed and no one has come here to say something like "Hey, I am John and I am part of the Razormind team. We are legit.". If you search this forum you'll only find out "SCAAAM"!

Hey guys, good to see this thread. I have a couple of friends who have been burned by the DEOS SCAM, they sent small transactions and the team answered they are not going to give them tokens because they are dust... They also stopped writing back. How odd. There was no mention of that at the beginning of the crowdfund but the page kept on changing over time where new rules applied. I hope someone here has kept copies and screenshots of the pages. TX 1: https://blockchain.info/address/1GGRoVoQpztuEGS5pHvJiaELsr7VZfVFoL for 0.1 BTC Tx 2: https://blockchain.info/address/12vZ6B4o5R3D5arUJUCk15ZPuxEAW8Gq8j for 0.15 BTC So I went and traced their transactions on the blockchain and found the crowdsale money has now been moved to one address: https://blockchain.info/address/3Q8pgRFtxbUp8wtGbtQqRNXPs1B4i6enu1A whole 6,119.319402 BTC!!! That's crazy! The weird thing is the address starts with 3Q and if it was a bitcoin address shouldn't it start with 1? I run it through coinfirm.io which does taint analysis and it comes up with: Unused Address - No History This Bitcoin Address has no recorded Transactionshttps://www.coinfirm.io/bitcoin/aml/3Q8pgRFtxbUp8wtGbtQqRNXPs1B4i6enu1Maybe it's an address created offline? Any one with some tech knowledge that could explain this? I think Jawad Yaqub, Ismail Malik, and Phil Sturgeon who seem to be the highest ranked people on the team will have a lot to answer. Also I wonder if they should be declaring the funds they raised with the Inland Revenue in the UK seen that's where they are based. The crowdsale page claims they have sold 9.2 million tokens, so I think the 6000 BTC above are not all the funds raised but a big portion of it. If anyone with knowledge could trace even more would be awesome, merely to see where the funds end up and how they are spent or used. I only have the 2 transactions above but there are loads more if you follow back from the final address. http://www.razormind.co.uk/crowdsale/I didn't lose anything because I didn't contribute so I'm not going to get involved more than I did. However if anyone would like to take this further it will benefit the community greatly, these scammers names need to be public so that if they do anything else in the future people are aware. Also the team page seems to have lost the rest of the team, only the executives are left... Again very odd. http://www.razormind.co.uk/experts/Last but not least, looks like they are reading another crowdfund called DAO. http://www.razormind.co.uk/dao/I mean, WTF! I saw on the Omni Skype chat time ago that Patrick Dugan (of Omni) is holding one of the multisig signatures. Here is a screenshot: http://i64.tinypic.com/34tblvq.pngMaybe Omni knows more about what's going on? Please share this anywhere, Telegram, Reddit, BitcoinTalk, Twitter, Facebook, etc... 6000 BTC is a lot of money and I believe many people lost their own BTC with this. Hope justice is made. These people need to be behind bars.
