Has anyone reported Razormind to the UK Police yet ? What is involved in doing that for those that were ripped off by this scam ?

Complaint filed with the United States Government

"Complaint Confirmation
Thank you. Your reference # is ########.

You have submitted a complaint via the online complaint form and it has been entered into our complaint database. You can access it to update or correct it by contacting us and identifying your complaint by its reference number.

What to Expect Next:
The participating enforcement agencies will use the information in your complaint to spot new trends, uncover new scams, and target suspect companies and individuals for law enforcement actions. It may help to ensure that others are not victimized in the way that you have been."

Also filed a complaint with the FBI, FTC and actionfraud. Also reported for suspected terrorism activities.

You think your crappy "user agreement" that nobody ever actually agreed to is going to save you but it won't. You're going DOWN Jawad and friends! FRAUD is FRAUD. Better get that ass lube ready, you're going to PRISON!!

American scam victims are encouraged to file with the SEC here: https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/questionaire.xhtml

The SEC has gone after bitcoin scams before, such as this one: http://www.zdnet.com/article/bitcoin-scam-firms-slammed-with-12-million-penalty/

Jawad's old site back in 2012 (notice the very bottom of the page... "copyright 2012 razormind")
https://web.archive.org/web/20130215172401/http://www.instantcbt.com/

This is how it looked later.... I guess he couldn't get his cbt (cock and ball torture) business off the ground so he turned to allah instead
https://web.archive.org/web/20130605153314/http://instantcbt.com/

Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/pg/Instantcbt/about/

Oh yeah and there is still this
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=246395

Also, razormind.co.uk is registered as a non-trading person so they can hide their info. Unfortunately for Jawad that is against nominet terms of service because he is using it for a company.
I guess somebody must have sent them an email to let them know this. Wink

@plastick

very well done sir,
i doubt it works, but we never know. and the more people file complaints, the more likely they'll ultimately look at it,
or at least put this guy under severe watch until he makes a false move...

anyway I doubt this guy will ever be a grandpa, something very bad will happen to him for sure

He should have offered refunds to anyone who asked and he wouldn't be in this mess. He could still mitigate damage to his ass by giving refunds even now, but so far I haven't heard of even one customer receiving their bitcoin back.

As bitcoin value increases it will become more and more in everybody's best interest to go after him for a refund.

Up until this DeOS thing he had an internet presence, but now it's obvious he is keeping a low profile. With his particular career choice it will be impossible for him to keep a low profile forever, and once he is out of bitcoin and out of money he will slip up and make himself easy to locate once again. It is quite apparent he isn't doing anything but playing video games now. If he were as smart as he thinks he is he would be putting those bitcoins to use to create an actual business (like say a real blockchain-based operating system maybe?).

these days can anyone hide for long? Everyone has been profiled and all their faces and images are all over the digital world. Its not like we are living in the last century where someone could just disappear. No one can really get off the grid especially in this digital age.

Another link for American victims of ICO fraud. CFTC is handling ICO scams these days.
https://forms.cftc.gov/_layouts/PublicForms/TipsAndComplaints.aspx

CFTC has filed complaints against companies in Dublin Ireland before as seen here:
http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr6423-12

Jawad and Co. are in serious trouble!!!

Also....

whois info for razormind.co.uk shows this:
Expiry date:  17-Dec-2017

Looks like the site will go down soon if he does not re-register. I imagine since "someone" reported him as a trading individual they will be refusing registration unless he can provide real information to place in the whois. Think he will do that? I don't.

Email from nominet:
"Thanks for getting in touch about this domain name:

razormind.co.uk.

We've written to the site's registrant (and their registrar) to tell them they can either make changes to meet our opt-out criteria or we'll have to remove their opt-out and make the registrant's address public. They now have seven days to respond before we automatically do this."

There should be a 7 day window between 1/11 and 1/17 when the address is public before the domain name becomes unregistered due to failure to renew. Probably a fake address, but hey this is the kind of stuff one should expect to happen forever when they go around trying to rob people on the internet.

The internet never forgets!

At the end of the day, there is no evidence to show that they made reasonable efforts to try to complete the project (and there is evidence to the contrary), which points to a breach of the purchase agreement and grounds for suing. They've liquidated the company with a load of undeclared assets that the UK Government is going to be interested in, I'd love to see what financial statements they actually released and where they stand with HMRC, the company director was arrogant enough to post photos of himself and some of his ill-gotten gains before vanishing without a trace... surely these guys don't have a leg to stand on? People should be reporting this to their fraud authorities and pushing for a prosecution, in addition to taking out individual actions to reclaim their investments.

ICO frauds will just continue to darken the crypto arena until everyone starts taking action and the legal framework gains experience of dealing with these scams.

FYI, that's not a fake address. It is the actual address his family are known to have lived at and is INSIDE the gated and secured barracks of MI5's Northern Ireland HQ.

Yes, inside.

Fake address for fake company.

Technically it was the Registered Office address for the company and the service address for Jawad for a period of time, so it isn't fake, per se, so much as it is not valid because the registered company has been struck off.

Maybe his friend in New York, James Ferguson, might know where Jawad is? He was listed on their website as being an IT guy but he's actually a practising medical doctor:
https://www.razormind.co.uk/experts
Quote
James Ferguson
A native New Yorker, he’s been creating web apps from scratch for decades, and operates a diverse set of teams delivering high-traffic Facebook and Twitter properties for Razormind clients. Key skills are user engagement and building effective brands - often using new A.I. tech from Razor Labs. Fluent in both English and Spanish, James was recently in Haiti and Honduras providing medical aid and humanitarian relief. He manages Network business across the US and and works closely with government and health sectors.

He posts daily under the twitter handle 'SulaymanF' https://twitter.com/SulaymanF

I'd ask but he blocked me way back when I first started enquiring about whether he was aware that he was being promoted as an IT specialist on the Razormind site during the ICO, so I assume he had full knowledge of what Jawad was up to.

Yeah he knows what is going on without a doubt if he blocked you for that. He lives in America so he would be much easier for Americans to prosecute.
