If you have ever done a coin in crypto you need to do a .conf file for it, that is where you add nodes to make it sync.  also make sure it is .conf NOT .conf.txt

Have you tried saving it in Save As Type: All Files (instead of *.txt)...

Try checking the timezone you are using... If you're in the philippines, set your time zone to Beijing, Hongkong and ensure that it is set to automatically synchronizes with time.windows.com

Just troubleshooted some wallets not syncing because of that... Join Peep Coin Team Philippines, posted some info there that can help I believe

There is still something very WRONG with the blockchain.  I know when a new coin comes out it takes a while for the chain to settle down, but we are in 1100 blocks and stuff is still coming up conflicted.  I added a little hash to keep the chain moving, but to see blocks mined go poof all the time I wonder if it's worth it.

With that happening, the coins the DEV sends out will just poof away as well.

Would like to know about approximate timing for coins distribution.

As admin might have all backend data of user holding their coins with web wallet. So no one can scam.
