Kind of moot now, but I found another address which has had a shitload of funds sent to it, around the same time that the other two addresses were highly active (about 8-9 hours ago)

I agree that in principle the idea seems flawed, but there's a couple of positives going for a relaunch... - There's plenty of interest as evidenced by this thread, even if it's full of people who thought they were getting a cool half mill for free - A reasonably significant amount of $ and effort has been put into voting the coin in, which for a brand new coin is never going to be easy Pretty much no question about restarting the chain from scratch though, a hard fork would not change that there's a massive premine in block 1, which can be dumped at will by the existing dev. The only way I could think of to hard fork the existing chain would be to make future block rewards ridiculously high, so that the value of the premine (and existing mined blocks  ) becomes relatively insignificant, but that would cause other problems... if 1 PCN @10,000 block reward is worth less than 1 sat imagine how worthless 1 PCN @1,000,000 block reward would be? I don't think that's a practical solution. |

I've been reading tons of sentiments from the people, of different groups, who made effort in getting Peepcoin to be listed in exchange and get promoted...
It will be really a waste if those efforts, time and btcs of those people, which will form as the community, will just be trashed by decision based on stress and pressure...
My personal sugestion Dev... Considering them and their silence...
Try to listen and be considerate with those people (newbies and experienced crytopeople who want to make the best out of this preoject), put your act together and come up with a sustainable and well-planned and transparent project strategy... The same goes with some of us
Let's work it out together to avoid making this project just like others that went drown the drain

The prices of $1 and $0.01 on weekends have been replaced by TBA :-) Perhaps why they removed the buy/sell page from the site.
I saw the wallet has been removed from the site.
The wallet download is an .exe file, I'm waiting for a .dmg version.

If the DEV wants to do the right thing, turn the coin over to the community. We can call it Peep2 and start a new chain. The old coin is so toxic right now, and there is so many of them out there, we would have to start from the beginning again.
