Hello. We are a swarm of deadly space hummingbirds.

We like sugar.

How do we buy sugar with bitcoins?

Sugar I know not, but you can buy honey from Bees Bros.

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

- Carroll Quigley, CFR member, mentor to Bill Clinton, from 'Tragedy And Hope'

Allow me to introduce myself. I am a mammal located in an artificial structure. I am currently tapping my fingers on square plastic things, which causes letters to appear on the glowing panel in front of me.

I came to all this (that is, this BitCoin thing) because I've been interested in the online world for a long, long time — before True Names, even. Yeah, if you know what that is, you know what kinda guy I am. Yup, I'm somebody who's picked up the jargon! Either that or I actually know something about what I'm interested in.

Some of you may recall seeing my name somewhere once. It wasn't for anything very important but it did intrigue people for a few years during the 80's and 90's. I'll leave you with that.

New guy here!

I have only recently found out about bitcoins and as luck would have it I was already sitting on 3 radeon cards at the time so I just got right in to mining. So right now I have 5BTC that I will most likely spend here or on bitmit buying games or some other form of digital goods (really hoping for a good experience)!

If some one has ravaged steam code let me know Smiley

p.s. what is up with personal massages on this forum? I couldn't find an option to send one. Is it another form of "noob" restriction?

Hello. I am Jared am I am currently investing in bitcoins. I have most of my investment in physical commodities such as silver and gold, I also collect antiques.

I have very little faith in the dollar and only every have enough for day to day living. The rest I put in anything I consider inflation proof.

Hi all,

I've been mining for a couple of weeks, so thought I ought to get round to posting.

In the interests of making the bitcoin economy actually work, I've also started accepting bitcoins as payment for adverts on my 150,000+ pageview/day Scrabble Cheat-O-Matic: http://spod.cx/cheat-o-matic.shtml

It's not much, I know, but I figure every little helps Smiley

And as it happens, yes, I do like cheese.

it sure dose, it sure dose lmfao

Hi,

I'm old and technologically inept but I hereby embark on my Bitcoin education and my foray into using this fascinating currency.

I look forward to learning from everyone and thanks to all for this great resource.

Best regards.
