Hello! Why new members cant write in other topics?  Cry I saw a topic where some guy have problem with 3 broken 5870 vents and cant post posible solution for that...

You should be able to send a PM now that you've got at least one post.  I agree, though, that the Newbie restrictions are very burdensome.

Hi, i found out about Bitcoins just 2 days ago. New to this.. I'm reading about them and experimenting different techniques as i'm typing this. This is beautiful judging by the amount of real world black money and the government tax being circulated and misused everyday.. This whole idea is just beautiful because with bitcoins, we own our sellign and purchasing rights completely.

Hello bitcoiners all over the world  Grin

I'm so excited to be part of what i consider one the most exciting projects in human history !  Shocked

Quote
"Think about the strangeness of today's situation. Thirty, forty years ago, we were still debating about what the future will be: communist, fascist, capitalist, whatever. Today, nobody even debates these issues. We all silently accept global capitalism is here to stay. On the other hand, we are obsessed with cosmic catastrophes: the whole life on earth disintegrating, because of some virus, because of an asteroid hitting the earth, and so on. So the paradox is, that it's much easier to imagine the end of all life on earth than a much more modest radical change in capitalism."

Hello I'm sangaman. Very interested in bitcoins and cryptocurrencies in general. I have a CS degree although I just barely understand some of the more technical aspects of bitcoins.

I wish I'd done more research before opening my wallet, though, as I was over-eager at first to get some bitcoins and was scammed for $16.50 by a scammer on Bitcoinary.com. The scammer's info is as follows (let me know if there's a place that collects this kind of info):

Name: Gavin Eros
Facebook: http://en-gb.facebook.com/gavin.eros
Mobile Number: 818-404-7412 (I called this number and he answered)
E-mail: etiking@tormail.org (although I suspect he uses multiple)
Account Number: 000000476021212
Routing Number: 122100024 (Chase Bank)

Don't be naive/greedy like me and be very careful who you trust. Also stay away from Bitcoinary, it seems they put almost no effort into preventing scams or punishing scammers. I reported the scam to them almost a week ago but haven't even gotten a respose.

Hi All,

I go by the nickname of spectre.

I am a graphic designer by trade and I'm looking to both diversify my portfolio and maybe earn a few coins by offering my services. I think Bitcoin are an amazing idea and provide an opportunity for people who enjoy new exciting things to be on the bleeding edge of a fascinating economic experiment.

I hope that my time spent here will be enjoyable and I'm looking forward to reading the forums and taking part in discussions.
