Here in my workplace,i can get bitcoins through bank and convenience store..and remitting money,we need to go to the remittance center or through their agents near our workplace...the fee are 450 pesos for every 70000 pesos we remit plus 70 pesos over 70k...

All I can say is go full blast on Bittrex, no c-cex , yobit or other exchanges , just focus on Bittrex..(because of the other good exchanges you still need to shell out some BTC to win the voting) Then when the trading volume on the exchange is getting stable and better then you can try to shoot for Poloniex.

Yeah no C-Cex, i was away for almost a year, then when im back all my balance in c-cex is gone.  I don't know what happen but i'll just leave it there.  Anyway poloniex and bittrex is a good exchange, alcurex is somehow good but their withdrawl fee is too high, 0.001.  it will hurt those who have little transaction.  I think Pesobit will be listed in bittrex if the dev team is generous enough to  spend some btc for listing.
