Shouldn't be different from any other computer, albeit slower. And remember: MAKE BACKUPS. Double check, that you have the right keys. Install a wallet of choice... the original ethereum wallet? I need a safe computer to transfer the wallet on the external drive. |

Exchanges will post this info themselves, but I'm pretty sure Yobit and Bittrex will jump at this opportunity the first second they have as I have a gut felling we will see it on Polo as well quite soon after release. |

You obviously want to use the main network. The testnet is not real,and is only used for testing. If you choose the testnet and use the address from that, u will be screwed, so please select the main network and not the testing network. |

Remember to download the latest and install Geth (1.4.16) after you install Mist or it will take years to sync. (the regular ethereum wallet totally sucks but mist will sync fast if geth is updated) Gav is ignoring this fix so far like a child does when he wants to be right. I mentioned this 50 pages ago.

you can use Parity (only syncs last 2800 blocks) lite client
or
now u can use myetherwallet.com - online or offline.
and the token contract address will be released at launch.
