I hope they get this fixed within the next 5 days or ICN may need delay launch until the chain stabilizes.  
if nobody can even create a contract until it's fixed by another hardfork update this could get serious.
As it stands, right now, an exchange couldn't add ICN or ANY Ethereum token if they wanted to.

Even lisk is more stable than this... I run and maintain dozen public Lisk api's, and can't get a single Ethereum contract to register after switching to Parity and re-syncing this is scary. Two dozen coin ecosystems are effected by this. By the looks of it, They have the fork hot-fix but are hesitating to publish it. With any luck he listens to Gavin, and pulls the trigger. Fingers crossed.

We'll be ready to launch ICN. But if it turns out that network is not stable and substantial amount of people is left with unsynced blockchain (it means also exchange could have issue with it) we will communicate that and delay launch.

We wanna make sure that we start with the launch at in advance communicated time (technically that will be certain block height) and where anyone can sync blockchain. That is the only way to make sure everyone have equal opportunities to access and transfer ICN to exchanges. We wanna make start of the race fair to all.

Would you delay the performance funds too?

So would the ICNs also be distributed later? Or we would be able to trade them later?

Right now we are:
- 2 cofounders + an advisor basically on close to same level of dedication as us two
- 4 developers. 2 more onboarding right now
- 1 designer being onboarded right now as well
- 1 legal
- 1 product guy coming from Berlin on 16th October
- 2 in communications / marketing
- 1 financial guy

The thing is, that we started hiring before ICO ended as well as looking for new office space to rent. And we were actually warming people that were able to join right now almost since the beginning of this year. All that because if we would start with all that right now, we wouldn't be able to have team as of right now before year ends. You can't get A+ players right off the shelf in a week to say.

How long to burn the funds I can't say right now. Could be that legal is something we'll have to pay a lot for. I would say we are good for at least 5years (that would be $2m per year, which we are far from burning right now... but let's take into account that there might be some unexpected costs). Additionally to that. I was in NYC last week and lawyers there talk 6 digit figures and our PR agency is located right on Wall Street - they for sure are not the cheapest - but are very much needed.

You announced that the funds past $5 mil would be used for the performance.fund. What's going on exactly?

My bad. I apologize. Whatever raised over 10k BTC during ICO will go into ICONOMI.performance fund. But that fund will be then creating more value for ICONOMI and most likely extend our runway for waaay waaay longer. Profits from that fund will be distributed as dividends to ICN token holders.

You can only spend it once.

Profits are given as dividends. But value of underlying asset in the fund increases. That's how.

i see in telegram channel member say there is no CLAIM YOUR BOUNTIES button on their ico.iconomi account, someone in this thread  get the same issues? can telling how to fix this issues? He sent email to support@iconomi.net the answer is join telegram channel, but until now he's no get the answer

There was about that in telegram if you don't have button means you have pressed it already.
Team will manually add some bounties no matter if you have it pressed or not depends on bounty.
To get facebook tweeter bounty you need press claim.
To get translation signature you PM in BTT
To get blog you post code in blog

all is simple as fuck.

You need to click "Claim bounties" button anyway. That way we know we're giving bounties to active and real people and not to some dead accounts.

Please explain.  I would have assumed any increase in the value of assets in the fund would be, well, in the fund.
Meaning you cant just cash them out and spend them as those would be the fund contributors monies and not yours to spend.
