I'm sure this has been answered many times already so sorry for the dumb question.

If you live in the USA, you cannot participate in the iconomi.index fund, the iconomi.performance fund, or any funds on the OFM, but you can hold the ICN token- is that correct?

Yes, I believe this is the case and imo in the long run this legal issue will be the biggest hurdle which the Iconomi team has to solve in order to get wider adoption from the old economy. I think it will be difficult to get things flying without having USA on board as well.

Well, at least US investors can purchase ICN. So they can still benefit from the funds/platform indirectly.

Yes, it  hit over 51k sat on Liqui.io and I expect 50ksat to be the new floor when the next run up in price happens, but no news on the release date of the platform presently

What are the chances for iconomi to be listed in poloniex through this form?

I'm very skecptic about filling this form because they will not consider adding the iconomi there unless the Iconomi ceo/team decides to give them many bitcoins.

Kraken is not enough because they want every costumer/user to identify and centralize the whole exchange and track what they are doing.

No, I don't agree. You need profits for dividends and it will take some time to get a lot of profit. To distribute $10k isn't feasable as fees would take out a big portion... Even $100k isn't big enough to distribute IMO.

Although on the other hand if they would sell their Golem investment they would already have $150k in profits

As of this moment the worst think somebody could do is to list ICONOMI on other major exchange. This will affect very bad the price in short term.

Has ICONOMI also invested in Antshares? if they do,it will give ICONOMI a strong boost in Chinese crypto market also.I saw some reference of ICONOMI in Antshare thread but nothing is official.

I posted this explanation of ICN in the Ethereum trader blog under my other name " Davyroy" .

If someone has some time, maybe they could read over what I have written - it was a note to allay some concerns about the viability of ICN.

All projects in this space will come under much scrutiny. Iconomi is offering something that many people need. Ease of investment and management in the crypto space. Let me know where I am off on my description.

Appeals to a wide audience - why? Income? No .... appreciation? yes. The ICN token represents the crypto holdings in it portfolio. Different holdings/held in cold storage.

Right now, to be diversified in crypto - you have to be a computer geek to deal with all the different wallets. Not with ICN - its done for you/including a site to store your wallet.

If your just wanting to get some exposure to crypto and have limited time/computer skills - then ICN becomes attractive. IF, a token in its portfolio (BTC for example - sky rockets) ... then ICN will reflect a rising price in terms of FIAT. (How it ultimately performs in terms of BTC or ETH or any other major crypto is not the point). The point is to offer a hedge against fiat in a simple way. - The simple way - is a service to those who can not juggle/spend lots of time and energy.

Nobody knows where crypto is going and who or what might become successful - so, don't get too caught up in the dividend - at least for now. Dividends will come much later - the idea is to give an investor a hedge against the EURO first and foremost. A new gateway - a Simple Simon approach to holding a diversified portfolio that as a whole grows as the technology penetrates the old economy.

Iconomi - is kinda doing this whole thing by the seat of it pants. But, at the same time - it is putting a new product out there and establishing a brand for the next tier of adopters who want in without all the fuss of syncing wallets.

Iconomi is stepping out. Sure, the legal waters are murky - I don't see how ICN as a token is in jeopardy if it is simply a derivative of many tokens.

Its worth a look. Anybody who can point and click can own part of the crypto space.

That is worth something.
