Hey KS,
Just wondering when you'll switch from 100% mining profits going to the shares and 50% going to the shares? (See bold/underline above).
Thanks.
There are 100,000,000 shares. Of those shares only 40,000,000 will be paid until the total dividends = .0005. Of the 40,000,000 shares currently being paid, 20,000,000 go towards new equipment purchases, and 20,000,000 go towards the early adopter IPO shares (of which only 5,000,000 have sold yet, the other 15,000,000 will be paying dividends to AMC) Recap: 60,000,0000 not receiving dividends until after .0005 has been paid out. 20,000,0000 going to equipment fund 15,000,0000 going to AMC (a.k.a. Ken, until the shares are sold @ .0008 or higher - this is the bit people including myself generally have a problem with. Unsold shares "shouldn't" receive dividends in my opinion.) 5,000,0000 paid out to investors 3 Avalons = 3*65 GH/S (according to their website) @Current Diff (15605632.6813) = 43.99 BTC per week / 100,000,000 shares = 0,0000004399 BTC in Dividends per share per week The price for one share is at 0.0006590 BTC - so the ROI per share is 1498 weeks? ^^ Is this right? Only issued shares receive dividends, that is 40,000,000. So the calculation is ~384,000 GH/s = 6.187484187/Day after power X 7 = 43.312389306 / 40,000,000 = 0.000001083/Share/Week When the next 3 Avalons get here the dividend will double. In about 5 weeks we will be adding another 306,000 GH/s. In about 10 weeks we will be adding 5,640,000 GH/s. Plus, 50% of the revenue from the machines goes back into buying more hashing power.

There are 100,000,000 shares. Of those shares only 40,000,000 will be paid until the total dividends = .0005 /share or may-2014 if at that time the first condition is met. Of the 40,000,000 shares currently being paid, 20,000,000 go towards new equipment purchases (growth/expansion fund), and 20,000,000 go towards the early adopter IPO shares (of which only 5,000,000 have sold yet, the other 15,000,000 will be paying dividends to the growth/expansion fund also). Any unsold shares from the 40,000,000 are effectively part of the growth/expansion fund. You can check the spreadsheet I made a while back, all this information is there. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ap8MGY67MGwNdE5rRGUtd1hzTE1CVUR3WnZsME02QXc

5640000 GH/s = 5.64 PETAH/s Current network hash rate is 117.45 TERAH/s You are saying you are going to deploy 50x of global power in 10 weeks. And you were saying you were around when BTC just started...? I'm sorry what?

I'm curious to see how the start of mining may shift the shareprice...Vbs from your number crunching whats your opinion?
I hope we don't have any hiccups on the way though. I'm hesitant to invest more than the very modest amount I have already, just because there are a few niggling questions from this thread that I feel still haven't been address as optimally as they could have been... I'm cautiously optimistic though!

So just to be clear .... if we buy one of the 20,000,000 shares on Bitfunder ... they are the founding shares entitled to the 100% returns?
Is that correct?

I expect it to keep rising as more hardware is put to work. So just to be clear .... if we buy one of the 20,000,000 shares on Bitfunder ... they are the founding shares entitled to the 100% returns?
Is that correct?
As long as there are 40M issued shares, each share is entitled to 1/40M of the returns.

100% if you bought at .0005 So if I go to Bitfunder now, buy shares at say .00065, these are still founder shares correct?

100% if you bought at .0005 Hey dhenson. Has that guy (your avatar), got a latest update to his thoughts on Bitcoin?

Good to see them hashing.
But why there are only 122 gh/s? I thought you have received 3 units?

They just started hashing, so the rate is just starting to go up. See the above post where I show the screenshot of the rate.

This is awesome news. Volume on Bitfunder is going crazy! If we're not on PPS, why not use Bitminter and also get Namecoins for an extra 5.85% per day?
