Can someone explain to me what is the difference between buying the PT shares in BTCt.co or the normal ones in Bitfunder?

Can someone explain to me what is the difference between buying the PT shares in BTCt.co or the normal ones in Bitfunder?
A few differences: This asset is a pass-through for AMC, the Active Mining Corporation dba Active Mining Cooperative traded on Bitfunder.com.
IPO Terms
For each AMC-PT, one AMC share will be held in AMC's pass-through account on bitfunder.com.
Post-IPO Terms
For each AMC-PT, one AMC will be held in AMC's pass-through account on bitfunder.com or on any exchange where AMC shares are traded.
No management fees will be levied.
Payment of dividends is to be made within 2 weeks of their issuance from AMC.
Dividend payments made more than 72 hours after their issuance from AMC will be paid 100% of the original AMC dividend.
Each share has no voting rights.
More pass-through shares can be issued, provided there is sufficient backing. For example, if there is sufficient demand, then AMC will add more shares to AMC's pass-through account on bitfunder.com. All shares issued will be backed 100% by AMC shares on bitfunder.com.
Transfer
Transfers in and out of the passthru are supported to any exchange where AMC has an account and AMC shares are being activily traded. Such transfers can take some time, due to the manual nature.
Transfers IN or OUT OF AMC-PT will be processed for a 1 BTC fee. Subsequent transfers within the same month OUT OF AMC-PT are subject to a fee of 2 BTC for transfers of 49,999 shares or less.
Transfers IN or OUT OF AMC-PT are always free for any transfer of 50,000 shares or more.

I'm thinking the reason is doing a PT is much less of a hassle than de-listing shares from BF. It also allows for much easier accounting and better balancing of shares between the market volume of both BF and Btct.co.  |

I always check this thread every couple of hours and I still missed some of those comments.. Like i wasnt even aware we could visit the place of operation. |

So I checked the share price as usual during the day, it held around 0.00088 at 5pm UK time... then I go have a nice dinner out with my work mates and casually check the price as I'm walking home. I literally had to double take when I saw how much it had gone up by. Almost seems too good to be true! I had actually sold half of my assests earlier in the week meaning to put them somewhere else, but decided in the end to buy back the AMC shares only yesterday... good thing I did it when I did.
Forgetting shareprice for a moment though, I'm more curious about how chip production is getting along. I'll be checking this thread on Thursday for more good news!
